How do I register the warranty for my LUNA Smart Bead™?
To register your warranty, find your warranty number on the LELO Authenticity card provided. Then visit LELO.com and click on REGISTER in the top right side of the page. This allows you to confirm the authenticity of your purchase and protect your investment.
How do I make a warranty claim for my LUNA Smart Bead™?
Claims under warranty must be supported by reasonable evidence that the date of the claim is within the warranty period. Keep your original purchase receipt together with the warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. To claim your warranty, you MUST register your product at LELO.com and follow the instructions to make your claim. You will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which should be returned with the LELO product to your nearest LELO office carriage paid. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How do I turn the LUNA Smart Bead™ on?
To turn on your LUNA Smart Bead™, press the O button. The light on the LUNA Smart Bead will flash to indicate which level you are in. Your starting level is set to 3 for your first routine. The routine will start automatically after 30 seconds, giving you time to insert.
How do I turn the LUNA Smart Bead™ off during a routine?
The device will turn off automatically after an exercising routine is complete, but should you need to turn it off before completion of your routine, press and hold the O button for 2 seconds.
How do I activate the continuous vibration mode for pleasure?
As an added option, this device also provides a continuous vibration mode purely for pleasure. Press and hold the O button for 3 seconds before or after your routine.
When should I change the battery in my LUNA Smart Bead™?
One fully charged AAA-battery should last you for up to 200 routines. If the device fails to turn on, or there is a noticeable drop in vibration intensity, it is time to change the battery.
Will I lose my training history if I change the battery?
No, don’t worry about losing your recorded training history. The LUNA Smart Bead™ will remember your progress even after a battery change.
What should I do before using the LUNA Smart Bead™ for the first time?
- Unscrew the bottom lid of the LUNA Smart Bead™ and insert the AAA battery.
- Screw the lid back on and make sure it fits snugly. With the lid properly fastened, the LUNA Smart Bead™ is 100% waterproof.
- Always wash thoroughly before and after each use. Please do NOT place your LELO directly in a pan of boiling water. We strongly recommend LELO’s purpose-made Cleaning Spray or other cleaners specifically designed for the purpose.
How do I insert the LUNA Smart Bead™?
- Find a comfortable position for insertion. Many women find lying on your back or standing most comfortable.
- For easy insertion, apply a bit of water-based lubricant to the tip of the LUNA Smart Bead™.
- Insert the device as you would a tampon, with the O button on the left-hand side, leaving the extraction cord outside the body for safety and easy removal.
- Once comfortably inserted, 3 quick vibrations signal the start of the routine.
How does the exercise routine work with the LUNA Smart Bead™?
The LUNA Smart Bead™ will set you a routine that is simple to follow, safe to use and completely tailored to your individual needs. All you have to do is SQUEEZE when it vibrates and REST when it stops.
- When a vibration is felt, squeeze and hold for the duration of the vibration. The vibration intensity will increase as you squeeze, which you may or may not feel – the purpose of this is to ensure you are being properly guided in your routine.
- Once the vibration stops, release, relax and wait for the next vibration to start.
- Repeat this throughout the routine.
What happens when the routine is complete?
You will know when the standard routine is completed when you feel a final series of 3 quick vibrations, and the LUNA Smart Bead™ turns off by itself. Repeat this until quick vibrations will signal you have completed your routine, and turn off automatically. The next time you turn it on, it will flash between 1-5 times to show what level you are in, and remember this for next use.
How do I remove the LUNA Smart Bead™ after the routine?
Remove the LUNA Smart Bead™ by relaxing your muscles, gripping the retraction string and carefully pulling out the device.
What should I do after removing the LUNA Smart Bead™?
Before storing for next use, make sure the LUNA Smart Bead™ is completely clean and dry.
Are there any important usage restrictions for the LUNA Smart Bead™?
- Do not use anally.
