To set up your device, follow these steps:

Step 1: Remove your device, micro USB cable, and authenticity card from the box. Charge your device using the supplied micro USB cable.

Step 2: Login to your account or make an account if you have not already done so.

Step 3: Register your device. Have your authenticity card ready and enter the 13 digit code located on the back of the card. Select the REGISTER button.

Step 4: After registering, download the platform. Choose your operating system and save the file to your computer. Open the downloaded file and follow the installation process.

Step 5: When fully charged, remove the cable. Power on by pressing the multifunctional button for 4 seconds. A solid red light will show, and Bluetooth will be active. Turn on your computer’s Bluetooth. The platform should pair automatically. If not, use code 1234.

Step 6: Open the program. From the home screen, you can choose to “Invite partner” (generates a code) or “Join partner” (enter a code received from a partner).

Before charging, ensure the port is free from water or residue. Follow these steps:

1. Remove the charging cover.

2. Insert the MicroUSB into the device’s charging port.

3. Insert the other end into a USB port (computer or CE certified charger).

4. Wait for the LED light to slowly blink, indicating it is charging.

5. The LED light will glow solid when fully charged.

The LED indicators signify the following:

Solid light: Charged and Bluetooth active.

Slow blinking: Charging and Bluetooth disabled.

Fast blinking: Low battery (5 minutes left).

Intermediate blinking: An update is available or something went wrong.

Power is controlled by the button on the front of the device. To turn the device on, click and hold the button for 4 seconds. To turn it off, click and hold the button for 4 seconds.

The device features the following modes, which you can cycle through by repeatedly clicking the multifunctional button:

1. One way control

2. Two way control (indicated by three blinking lights)

3. Sensitive Touch Vibration

4. One way control (intermediate step)

5. Slow vibration

6. Medium vibration

7. Fast vibration

8. Pattern 1 (also sending signals)

9. Pattern 2 (also sending signals)

The device responds intuitively to touch, vibrating wherever it comes into contact with the body. Moving the upper surface over the body delivers precise sensations exactly where contact is made. Moving the device deeper inside causes the entire shaft to respond with more widespread vibrations.

Always use lubrication. Choose a water-based lubricant, as silicone lubricants can break down silicone toys. An oil-based lubricant specially made for the vagina is also acceptable. Never use massage oil or hand cream as lubricants.

It is recommended to hold the device by the black capped end, using the grip around the last inch of white hygiene silicone where the button is located. The device is not hands-free.

Clean the device thoroughly after each use using warm water along with antibacterial soap, dish soap, or a specialized toy cleaner. Avoid leaving the device in direct sunlight or exposing it to extreme heat. Store it in the provided dust bag away from non-silicone toys. Do not use cleansers containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone. Do not use heating appliances to dry the device.

Do not use the device if there are exposed electronic elements, if you are in a shower, tub, swimming pool, sauna, or steam room, or if it is excessively hot to the touch. Avoid submerging the device below 2 meters or leaving it in liquids for longer than 5 minutes. Do not use the device anally.

The device must be charged and unplugged from the Micro USB cable to pair. It will only pair with Bluetooth and allow access to the platform when unplugged. Open and run the program and wait for 2 minutes. If it does not pair, turn everything off and repeat the process. If your computer does not have built-in Bluetooth, a dongle is required.

Double check that your Bluetooth and device are on and paired properly. If they are not, turn off the platform, device, and Bluetooth, and then start the process again.

Check your connection with the internet and Bluetooth. If these are not working consistently, it will cause an error. If connections are poor, turn off the platform and device and start the process again.

Click to open the file. A window called Setup will appear. Select the save location and desktop icon preference, then click install. Launch the program when finished. If a Windows Security Alert appears regarding Windows Firewall, please click on “Allow access” to continue the installation.

This may take up to 2 minutes to load the first time. If it does not load at all, press ctrl + alt + del and shut down the program fully. Restart the program from your start menu as normal.

Open the file in your downloads. Drag the icon into the applications icon. Eject the disk, which should appear on your desktop. If the platform does not appear when you start the program, go to Applications > Utilities > Activity Monitor, find the program, select “force quit,” and try again.

Go to the Apple icon in the top left corner of the screen, select System Preferences, and click on Security & Privacy. You will be able to choose which applications to allow. Temporarily allow the software to install by clicking “Open Anyway” or “Allow From Anywhere”. You may need your computer password.
