To turn on the IQOS 2.4 PLUS, press and hold the Pocket Charger Power Button until the lights switch on.

Step 1. Press the Lid Opening Button to open the IQOS 2.4 PLUS Pocket Charger.

Step 2. Insert the Holder into the Pocket Charger, then close the Lid to begin charging.

Step 3. The IQOS 2.4 PLUS Holder is fully charged when the Holder Battery Status Light is solid white.

To use the IQOS 2.4 PLUS, insert and gently press the tobacco stick into the Holder until it reaches the line on the filter.

Press the Heating Button on the IQOS 2.4 PLUS Holder until the device vibrates and the light pulses white.

You can begin using the IQOS 2.4 PLUS once the light on the Holder becomes solid white.

To signal the last 30 seconds of use, the IQOS 2.4 PLUS Holder will vibrate and the light will pulse white.

Step 1. Slide the Cap of the IQOS 2.4 PLUS Holder upward.

Step 2. Remove the used tobacco stick.

Step 3. Slide the Cap back into its original position.

Step 4. Insert the Holder back into the Pocket Charger to recharge.

Step 2. Insert the IQOS Cleaning Tool and rotate it gently.

Step 3. For the best experience, clean the IQOS 2.4 PLUS daily.

Step 1. Press the Bluetooth Button on the IQOS 2.4 PLUS Pocket Charger for 3 seconds and then release it.

Step 2. The Bluetooth Status light will blink for 30 seconds to indicate pairing mode is active.

Step 3. Select pairing on your smartphone.

Step 4. The IQOS 2.4 PLUS is paired when the Bluetooth Status light remains solid for 3 seconds.

To switch off Bluetooth on the IQOS 2.4 PLUS, press the Bluetooth Button for 6 seconds. To check the current Bluetooth status, tap the Bluetooth Button once.

Tap the Pocket Charger Power Button to check the battery level of your IQOS 2.4 PLUS.

Simultaneously press the Bluetooth and Pocket Charger Power Buttons for 10 seconds, then release. The IQOS 2.4 PLUS Pocket Charger Battery Status lights will switch on, then blink twice to confirm a reset.

If a red light appears on the IQOS 2.4 PLUS Holder, the Holder needs to be recharged. Place it in the Pocket Charger and ensure it is switched on. If the light remains red after recharging, try performing a reset.

If there is a red light on the IQOS 2.4 PLUS Pocket Charger, try resetting the device. If the red light persists, contact support for assistance.

Always use the IQOS 2.4 PLUS in accordance with the manufacturer instructions. Key safety points include:

Do not attempt to open, service, modify, or repair any component of the IQOS 2.4 PLUS.

Never use the IQOS 2.4 PLUS in places where flammable materials, liquids, and gases are present.

The IQOS 2.4 PLUS works exclusively with HEETS. Never use the device with a cigarette or similar products.

Do not remove a tobacco stick while the IQOS 2.4 PLUS is in use.

Tobacco sticks contain small parts and represent a choking hazard; keep them out of reach of children and pets.

The IQOS 2.4 PLUS Holder and Pocket Charger use sealed Lithium-ion batteries. If fluid leaks, follow these precautions:

If swallowed: Seek medical attention immediately. Do not induce vomiting or ingest food or drink.

If inhaled: Get fresh air and seek medical attention.

Skin contact: Wash hands and do not touch eyes.

Eye contact: Immediately flush with running water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.

IQOS 2.4 PLUS is not risk-free. Tobacco sticks contain nicotine, which is addictive.

Nicotine can cause side effects such as headache, nausea, or throat irritation. If you experience these symptoms, stop using the tobacco sticks and consult a health care professional.

IQOS 2.4 PLUS is intended for adult use only. It is not for people who have heart problems or are diabetic. It should not be used during pregnancy or while breast-feeding.

When using the IQOS 2.4 PLUS under hot and humid weather conditions, the water in the aerosol makes the temperature feel very hot. To avoid this, store tobacco sticks in a cool, dry place.

IQOS 2.4 PLUS could cause an allergic reaction. Stop using the device and seek medical attention if you experience symptoms such as swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or difficulty breathing.
