Follow these steps to use your device:
1. Slide the cap to open the device.
2. Insert the SMARTCORE STICK into the device up to the line on the filter, ensuring the filter is facing outside.
3. Press the Button for at least 1 second until the IQOS ILUMA ONE vibrates and the Status Light(s) begin to pulse. Keep the SMARTCORE STICK in position during this preheating phase.
4. You can begin use once the device vibrates again and the Status Light(s) stay fixed.
5. During use, the Status Lights will indicate the remaining time of the experience.
6. When the experience is nearly complete (the last 30 seconds or last 2 puffs), the device will vibrate and one light will pulse white.
7. Remove the used SMARTCORE STICK and dispose of it according to safety instructions.
8. Slide the cap to close the device.
How do I check the battery level of my IQOS ILUMA ONE?
Short press the Button on the device. The Status Lights will turn on to indicate the current battery level. For example, 4 lights indicate the device is fully charged.
What do the different light signals mean on the IQOS ILUMA ONE?
Light Blinks Yellow: The battery is depleted and the device needs to be charged.
Lights Blink White Twice: The IQOS ILUMA ONE is outside its operating temperature range of 0 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius.
Light Blinks Red: This indicates a need to reset the device. If the red light persists after a reset, you should seek customer support.
