The HYGGER HG205-2 aquarium light has the following features:

Super Bright: Premium 5050 and 2835 LEDS provide bright illumination for your plants, fish, and enhance the aesthetic appeal of your tank.

Adjustable Timer: Lighting time can be programmed to 6H, 10H and 12H.

Adjustable Brightness: It can be adjusted to 9 levels of brightness (10%-25%-50%-75%-100%-75%-50%-25%-10%).

24/7 Lighting Mode: This fish tank light creates a natural 24-hour rhythmic light cycle in which sunrise, sunset and moonlighting are all included.

Waterproof and Easy to Mount: It is submersible and comes with moveable suction cups. You can install the light at the bottom or top of the aquarium.

Suitable for Plants and Freshwater: The full-spectrum bulbs can produce different colors to your liking.

A. Unpack the box and check that if the light and other accessories are included. If any parts are missing, please contact seller.

B. Place the tube in the proper position of the fish tank and fix it with a suction cup. The following are the uses of these special lights:

Use for a large tank: Place both light tubes inside a single large aquarium.

Use for 2 tanks: Place one light tube in each of two separate aquariums.

Use for top of the tank cover: Attach the light tubes to the underside of the tank’s cover.

C. Power on and turn on the switch.

Press the (M) button to turn on the light. Long-press the same button to turn off the light.

When you choose the lighting mode on the timer, you can alter light color, intensity, and lighting time. Follow these steps to set the light:

1. Set the light color: Press the color button to choose the light color you want: white→red→blue→green→purple→orange→cyan→Color Changing Loop. If the light is on the cycling mode (light color keeps changing), you can only change the timer, not the brightness.

2. Set to full-spectrum light: Press the (M) button twice, and the light becomes 100% full-spectrum light.

3. Set the timer: Press the (TIMER) button to select the lighting time: 6H, 10H, 12H, or No timer.

• Press (TIMER) button once to choose 6 hours, the indicator light on the top of the timer button turns on red.

• Press (TIMER) button twice to choose 10 hours, the indicator light flashes green.

• Press (TIMER) button three times to choose 12 hours, the indicator light flashes blue.

For example, if you choose 10H at 9am, this light will be automatically turned on at 9:00 am and turn off at 7:00 pm every day.

4. Set the brightness: Press the brightness button to adjust the brightness from 1 to 9 levels (10%-25%-50%-75%-100%-75%-50%-25%-10%).

Once the lighting mode is set up, the light will slowly ramp up and down in 15 minutes on the following day. You need to reprogram the light after a power-off.

The second lighting mode is the 24/7 lighting mode. In this mode, the light will slowly wake up your fish by emitting dim orange light at dawn. It will emit bright full spectrum light at day and blue light at night. Once it is set, the light will automatically be turned on and off at the same time every day. In this mode, the light color and intensity cannot be changed. The indicator light at the top of the hour indicates the current time range.

To choose this 24/7 lighting mode, just press the (24/7) button to choose the local time range. The light will run the setting by itself.

• Press (24/7) button once to choose 8:00, the indicator light is red.

• Press (24/7) button twice to choose 10:00, the indicator light is green.

• Press (24/7) button three times to choose 12:00, the indicator light is blue.

• Press (24/7) button four times to choose 15:00, the indicator light is red.

• Press (24/7) button five times to choose 18:00, the indicator light is green.

• Press (24/7) button six times to choose 22:00, the indicator light is blue.

Here are the rules:

1. When you press the (24/7) button at 8:00, 10:00, 12:00, 15:00, 18:00, or 22:00, the light will turn off at 22:50 and turn on at 06:00 the next day.

2. If you made the timer think it was an hour earlier than it really was, it would turn off an hour earlier than 22:50 and turn on an hour earlier than 06:00 the next day. For example, if you choose the 18:00 setting at the time of 17:00, the light will turn off at 21:50 and turn on at 05:00 the next day.

3. If you made the timer think it was an hour later than it really was, it would turn off an hour later than 22:50 and turn on an hour later at the next day. For example, if you choose the 18:00 setting at the time of 19:00, the light will turn off at 23:50 and turn on at 07:00 at the next day.

NOTE:

1. This 24/7 light mode works from 6:00 am to 10:50 pm every day.

2. The timer cannot be programmed during 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

3. The light has no memory function. When the power is reconnected, the timer will restore to 6 o’clock, and you have to reset the light.

To avoid possible electric shock, special care should be taken. For each of the following situations, do not attempt to repair yourself; return the light to an authorized service facility for service or discard the light.

A. If the light falls into the water, DO NOT touch it. First unplug it, then retrieve it. If electrical components of the light get wet, unplug it immediately.

B. Carefully examine the light after installation. It should not be plugged in if there is water on parts not intended to be wet.

C. Do not operate the light if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is malfunctioning or if it is dropped or damaged in any manner. The power cord of this light cannot be replaced, if the cord is damaged, the light should be discarded.

D. To avoid the possibility of the light plug getting wet, position aquarium stand and tank to one side of a wall mounted receptacle to prevent water from dripping onto the receptacle or plug. A “drip loop” should be arranged by the user.

3. Close supervision is necessary when the light is used near children.

5. Make sure the light is securely installed before operating it.

6. Read and observe all the important notices on the light.

7. If an extension cord is necessary, a cord with a proper rating should be used. A cord rated for less amperes or watts than the appliance rating may overheat. Care should be taken to arrange the cord so that it will not be tripped over or pulled.
