How do I install the water filter?
Install the water filter into the water filter housing located in the upper right-hand corner of the fresh food compartment. Open up the filter housing and remove the blue by-pass cap. Remove the sealing label from the end of the filter and insert filter into the end of the fixed filter head. Rotate clockwise until filter stops then close filter housing cover.
How do I connect the water line to the refrigerator?
1. Create a service loop with copper tubing with a minimum diameter of 24″ (610 mm).
2. Remove plastic cap from the water valve inlet port.
3. Place brass nut (a) and sleeve/olive (b) on copper tube end as shown.
4. Place end of copper tubing into water valve inlet port.
5. Slide brass nut (a) over sleeve/olive (b) and screw nut into inlet port. Turn the lower nut (2) while holding upper nut (1) and fully tighten.
6. Pull on tubing to confirm connection is secure. Turn on water supply.
How do I check for leaks after connecting the water line?
After connecting the water line to the fridge, check that all connections are dry and free of drips. If not, please alert the plumber.
How do I fill the water reservoir and flush the water filter?
Push a jug against the dispensing pad until water is continuously dispensed (approximately one minute). Dispense at least 8 qt / 8 L of water, stopping intermittently. Failure to do this will result in excessive dripping from your dispenser.
How do I check the display?
Press the menu button four times to ensure the display lights up and scrolls through the four menu options.
How do I operate the ice maker?
Press the menu button until the Ice menu is highlighted then press the arrow button to turn on the ice maker. Press the lock and arrow buttons together to force a cycle. The ice tray will flip. Force another cycle. The ice tray will flip and spill the water into the ice bin. Empty water and replace bin. Discard ice made in the first 12 hours of use.

Why is the dispenser dripping after installation?
Please note that once installation is complete a few drips may appear out of the dispenser over the next few days as the remaining trapped air is cleared.
