It is recommended to watch all the tutorial videos and read the Safety Guidelines before using the product for the first time.

The DJI POWER 2000 features the following components:

The display screen on the DJI POWER 2000 provides the following information:

1. Remaining Battery Level: Shows the battery percentage.

2. Time: Displays remaining usage time when powering external devices, or the time required to fully recharge. If both input and output are active, it shows recharge time if input power is greater, or usage time if output power is greater.

3. Battery Level Bar: Blinks in sequence when recharging. The last grid blinks when charging external devices.

4. System Warnings:

– ERR88: Indicates an error code.

– Temperature Icon: A solid icon indicates the temperature is too high or too low.

– OVERLOAD: Indicates an overload warning.

5. Fast Recharge mode icon: Indicates Fast Recharge mode is active.

6. Standard Recharge mode icon: Indicates Standard Recharge mode is active.

7. Wi-Fi Connection Status: A solid icon means a successful Wi-Fi connection. A blinking icon means Wi-Fi is not connected or unavailable.

8. USB-A Port icon: Indicates the port is in use.

9. USB-C Port icon: Indicates the port is in use.

10. AC output frequency: Shows the current AC output frequency.

11. SDC Port: Shows an icon when recharging the power station or charging external devices, the voltage value (V), and the battery level (%) of a connected aircraft battery.

12. Input Power: The current power input in watts (W).

13. Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) icon: Indicates UPS mode is active.

14. Output Power: The current power output in watts (W).

The ERR13 or ERR14 error code appears when the AC frequency of the DJI POWER 2000 differs from the frequency of the power grid (for example, when using the device in different regions). In this state, only recharging is supported, and the power station cannot charge external devices. To resolve this, press and hold the AC button for more than 10 seconds to switch the frequency and resume normal use.

To power the DJI POWER 2000 on or off, press and hold the power button for at least two seconds.

When the power station is already on, you can press the power button once to turn the display screen on or off.

1. Scan the QR code in the user manual to download the DJI Home App.

2. Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone.

3. Run the DJI Home App and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to the DJI POWER 2000.

1. Open the port cover and connect the AC input port on the DJI POWER 2000 to an AC power outlet using the original AC power cable.

2. Toggle the recharge mode switch to select your desired mode:

– Fast Recharge mode: Provides larger recharge power and is suitable for daily recharging.

– Standard Recharge mode: Provides smaller recharge power with lower operation noise, suitable for recharging at night. It is also the recommended mode for extending battery cell life.

Important Notes for AC Recharging:

• Super Recharging can be enabled in the DJI Home App for even faster charging.

• Ensure good ventilation during recharging and do not place the device in a high-temperature or confined space.

• Disconnect from the AC power outlet when charging is complete.

• If the power station is recharged in Fast Recharge mode for five consecutive cycles, it will automatically switch to Standard Recharge mode for the sixth cycle for battery maintenance.

• If the temperature is abnormal during Fast Recharge mode, the temperature error icon on the screen will blink slowly, and the recharge power may be lowered to ensure safety and battery life.

1. Connect your external device to an AC output port on the DJI POWER 2000.

2. Press the AC button. The power station will beep once, and the AC button will blink slowly, indicating that AC power is being supplied.

For devices that operate intermittently, such as a refrigerator, press and hold the AC button for a continuous AC power supply. The power station will beep once and the AC button light will become solid.

Note: The AC output will automatically shut down if it is not powering any AC device for more than 30 minutes. The entire power station will automatically shut down if it has no output or input for more than 60 minutes. These timeout settings can be modified in the DJI Home App.

To use the USB output, simply connect your external device to one of the available USB-A or USB-C ports on the DJI POWER 2000 for power supply.

The DJI POWER 2000 can charge various devices via the SDC port using specific SDC cables (purchased separately). Connect the appropriate SDC cable to the SDC port on the power station and then to the device you wish to charge. Available cables include options for Matrice, Air, Mavic, and Inspire series drones, as well as an SDC to XT60 Power Cable and an SDC to Car Charger Plug Power Cable.

Important Warnings:

• Always ensure the external device you are charging is within the output specifications of the SDC cable you are using.

• DO NOT directly connect to a lithium battery with an XT60 port using the SDC to XT60 power cable. You must first connect the power station to a balanced charger, and then connect the charger to the battery.

You can expand the battery capacity of the DJI POWER 2000 by connecting a DJI Power Expansion Battery 2000 (sold separately) to the power station. To charge the expansion battery, connect it to the main power station and then charge the power station itself.

You can recharge your DJI POWER 2000 in a vehicle using one of the following accessories (sold separately):

1. Car Power Outlet to SDC Power Adapter: Provides up to 100W of charging power from a standard car outlet.

2. 1kW Super Fast Car Charger: Provides up to 1000W of charging power.

3. 1.8kW Solar/Car Super Fast Charger: Provides up to 600W of charging power from a car and requires the 1.8kW Super Fast Charger 45A Car Charging Cable.

Before recharging, ensure the connected car power supply is within the specifications of the accessory and that the car engine has been started.

You can recharge the DJI POWER 2000 using solar panels with one of the following adapter accessories (sold separately):

• Car Power Outlet to SDC Power Adapter: Allows one solar panel to be connected for solar recharging.

• Solar Panel Adapter Module (MPPT): Allows for up to 400W of solar input. Up to three solar panels can be connected in parallel (not in series).

• 1.8kW Solar/Car Super Fast Charger: Allows for up to 1200W of solar input.

Important Notes for Solar Recharging:

• It is recommended to use officially authorized solar panels.

• Do not mix different types of solar panels.

• Ensure the connected solar panels are within the input specifications of the adapter you are using.

When using multiple recharging methods at the same time, the DJI POWER 2000 will prioritize solar recharging by default. You can adjust the recharging sequence in the DJI Home App. To do this, tap the icon in the upper right corner, select Energy Management, enable Custom Backup Reserve Level, and modify the Backup Reserve Level. When the battery level is below this set reserve level, multiple recharging methods can be used simultaneously. When the current battery level is above the backup reserve level, only solar recharging will be available.

1. Connect the DJI POWER 2000 to an AC power outlet.

2. Connect an external device, such as a computer, to an AC output port on the power station.

3. Press the AC button once. The UPS icon will appear on the display screen, indicating that UPS mode is enabled.

When the power grid is normal, the AC power outlet powers both the power station and the connected device. In case of a sudden power outage, the DJI POWER 2000 will automatically switch to its battery supply to keep the connected device in operation.

Important Warnings:

• The DJI POWER 2000 only supports a basic UPS feature and does not support 0ms switching. Do not connect it to devices that require 0ms UPS, such as medical equipment, as it may cause the device to malfunction.

• This function may be unavailable or have lowered output power in some regions due to local laws and regulations.

You can update the firmware using either the DJI Home App or the DJI Assistant 2 (Power Series) software.

Using DJI Home App:

1. If the DJI POWER 2000 is connected to the DJI Home App, a prompt will appear when new firmware is available. Follow the on-screen instructions to update. An internet connection is required.

2. You can also manually check for updates by tapping the icon at the top right corner of the app, then tapping Firmware Update > Update.

3. Before updating, ensure the device has enough battery and a stable network connection. Connect any accessories like an expansion battery so they can be updated together.

Using DJI Assistant 2 (Power Series):

1. Ensure your computer is connected to the internet.

2. Power off the DJI POWER 2000. Press and hold the AC button and the power button simultaneously until the USB-C icon starts to blink on the display screen.

3. Connect your computer to the designated USB-C port on the power station.

4. Launch DJI Assistant 2, select the product, and click the firmware update button on the left side.

5. Select the firmware version, read the prompts, and click update. The firmware will download and upload to the device automatically.

6. The device will update automatically and restart when finished. DO NOT power off or disconnect the device during this process.

If the update fails, the screen will show UPGD FAIL. Disconnect the device, press and hold the power button for five seconds to power it off, and then try the update again.

1. Power off the DJI POWER 2000.

2. Press and hold the AC button and the power button simultaneously until the USB-C icon starts to blink on the display screen.

3. Connect your computer to the designated USB-C port on the power station.

4. Run the DJI Assistant 2 (Power Series) software, click Log Export on the left side, select the desired log from the list, and save it.

5. Wait for the export to complete, then restart the DJI POWER 2000 to resume normal use.

To ensure the longevity and performance of your DJI POWER 2000, follow these maintenance steps:

1. For extended storage, discharge the power station to 60% battery level. Storing at a high power level can shorten battery cell life.

2. Store the power station in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight and water.

3. Do not store the power station for an extended period after it has been fully discharged, as this can cause irreparable damage to the battery cell.

4. To maintain battery performance, charge and discharge the power station once every 6 months. To do this, discharge the power station to below 15%, power it off for more than two hours, and then charge it to 100% using the Standard Recharge mode.

5. If there is any noticeable buildup in the ports, clean them with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use alcohol or other flammable solvents.

1. The DJI POWER 2000 contains hazardous chemicals. Strictly follow local regulations for the disposal and recycling of batteries. Do not dispose of it in a regular waste container.

2. Dispose of the power station in a suitable recycling container only after it has been fully discharged.

3. Power stations that are over-discharged, swollen, damaged, leaky, or have been in a crash must be disposed of properly. Do not use a power station in such a condition. Contact a professional battery disposal or recycling agent for further assistance.
