The display screen on the DJI POWER 1000 V2 shows the following information:

1. Remaining Battery Level: Shows the percentage of battery remaining.

2. Time: Displays the remaining usage time when the power station is charging external devices, or the remaining time to fully recharge when the power station itself is being recharged. When both input and output power are present, it shows the remaining usage time if output power is larger, or remaining recharge time if input power is larger.

3. Battery Level Bar: Blinks in sequence when recharging. The last grid blinks when the power station is charging external devices.

4. System Warnings: Displays error codes (ERRBB) or overload warnings (OVERLOAD).

5. Fast Recharge mode: Icon indicates Fast Recharge mode is active.

6. Standard Recharge mode: Icon indicates Standard Recharge mode is active.

7. Wi-Fi Connection Status: A solid icon indicates a successful Wi-Fi connection. A blinking icon indicates Wi-Fi is not connected or unavailable.

8. USB-A Port: Icon appears when the port is in use.

9. USB-C Port: Icon appears when the port is in use.

10. AC output frequency: Shows the current AC output frequency.

11. SDC/SDC Lite Port: Indicates recharging of the power station or charging of external devices via the SDC/SDC Lite Port. It also shows the voltage and battery level of an aircraft battery when charging via the port.

12. Input Power: Shows the current power being input in watts (W).

13. Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS): Icon appears when UPS mode is active.

14. Output Power: Shows the current total power being output in watts (W).

The system warnings on the DJI POWER 1000 V2 display screen indicate the following:

ERRBB: This indicates an error code. You can check the warning prompts in the DJI Home App to learn about the details and troubleshooting. Contact official support if the problem persists.

Temperature Error Icon: A solid icon indicates the temperature is too high or too low. Wait for the temperature to return to normal.

OVERLOAD: This is an overload warning, indicating that the power draw from a connected device is too high.

When the AC frequency of the DJI POWER 1000 V2 differs from the frequency of the power grid (for example, when using the device in different regions), only recharging is supported. The power station cannot charge external devices in this case. The screen will display an error code (ERR13 or ERR14). To resolve this, press and hold the AC button for more than 10 seconds to switch the frequency and resume normal use.

Power on/off: Press and hold the power button for at least two seconds.

Turn on/off the display screen: When the power station is powered on, press the power button once to turn the display screen on or off.

1. Scan the QR code in the user manual to download the DJI Home App.

2. Enable Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone, run the DJI Home App, and follow the instructions to connect the device.

1. Open the port cover and connect the AC input port to an AC power outlet using the provided AC power cable.

2. Toggle the recharge mode switch to select either Fast Recharge or Standard Recharge mode.

Fast Recharge mode: The recharge power is larger and is suitable for daily recharge.

Standard Recharge mode: The recharge power is smaller and the operation noise is lower, which is suitable for recharging at night.

Additionally, a Super Recharging mode can be enabled in the DJI Home App. When enabled, a higher recharge power of approximately 1800 W can be achieved, reducing the time required to recharge.

Follow these guidelines when recharging your DJI POWER 1000 V2:

• Use the original AC power cable for recharging and avoid bending or pressing the cable.

• Ensure good ventilation during recharging. DO NOT place the device in high-temperature or confined space.

• Disconnect the AC power outlet when charging is complete.

• It is recommended to use Standard Recharge mode for an extended battery cell life.

• If the power station is recharged in Fast Recharge mode for five consecutive cycles, the power station will automatically switch to Standard Recharge after the sixth fast recharging for battery maintenance.

• When the temperature is abnormal in Fast Recharge mode, the temperature error icon on the display screen blinks slowly and the actual recharge power may be lowered to ensure the battery cell life and safety.

AC Output:

1. Connect your external device to an AC output port.

2. Press the AC button. The power station will beep once and the AC button will blink slowly, indicating AC power supply is active.

USB Output:

Simply connect the external device to the USB-A or the USB-C ports for power supply.

The AC output on the DJI POWER 1000 V2 will automatically shut down if the power station is not powering any AC device for more than 30 minutes.

When AC output is disabled, the power station will automatically shut down if it has no output or input for more than 60 minutes. The AC Timeout can be modified in the DJI Home App.

To power devices that operate intermittently, such as a refrigerator, press and hold the AC button for a continuous AC power supply. The power station will beep once and the AC button will show solid light. This prevents the AC output from automatically shutting down.

The DJI POWER 1000 V2 can be used with various SDC cables to charge different devices. The following accessories are supported:

1. Matrice 30 Series Fast Charge Cable

2. Air 3 Series Fast Charge Cable

3. Mavic 3 Series Fast Charge Cable

4. Inspire 3 Fast Charge Cable

Unless otherwise specified, these accessories need to be purchased separately.

The battery capacity of the DJI POWER 1000 V2 can be expanded by connecting a DJI Power Expansion Battery 2000 to the SDC port. The power station can connect up to five expansion batteries for use. To charge the expansion battery, connect it to the power station and charge the power station.

You can charge the DJI POWER 1000 V2 in a vehicle using one of the following accessories:

1. Car Power Outlet to SDC Power Adapter (Max 100W)

2. 1kW Super Fast Car Charger (Max 1000W, connects to SDC port)

3. 1.8kW Solar/Car Super Fast Charger (Max 600W from car, connects to SDC port)

4. 1.8kW Super Fast Charger 45A Car Charging Cable (connects to Super Fast Charger)

When recharging from a car, make sure the connected car power supply is within the specifications of the accessory. Also, ensure that the power adapter is securely connected to the car power port and that the car engine is started before recharging.

You can charge the DJI POWER 1000 V2 with solar panels using one of the following methods:

Using a Car Power Outlet to SDC Power Adapter: Connect solar panels with an XT60 connector to the adapter, which then connects to the SDC or SDC Lite port of the power station. Max input is 100W.

Using a Solar Panel Adapter Module (MPPT): This allows connecting solar panels with XT60 connectors for a max input of 400W to the SDC or SDC Lite port.

Using a 1.8kW Solar/Car Super Fast Charger: This accessory allows connecting up to three solar panels in parallel for a max solar input of 1200W. You can also connect one solar panel for 600W. It connects to the SDC port of the power station.

It is recommended to use officially authorized solar panels. DO NOT mix different types of solar panels. Make sure the connected solar panels are within the input specifications of the adapters.

When using multiple recharging methods simultaneously, such as solar and car charging in an RV, solar recharging will take priority by default. The recharging sequence can be adjusted in the DJI Home App. You can also enable a Custom Backup Reserve Level in the Energy Management settings. When the battery level is below the backup reserve level, multiple recharging methods can be used simultaneously. When the current battery level is above the backup reserve level, only solar recharging is available.

To use the UPS feature, connect the DJI POWER 1000 V2 to an AC power outlet, and then connect an external device such as a computer to the AC output port on the power station. Press the AC button once. UPS is enabled if the UPS icon appears on the display screen. When the power grid is normal, the AC power outlet powers both the power station and the connected device. In case of a sudden power outage, the power station can automatically switch to power the connected device, ensuring it remains in normal operation.

Important limitations of the UPS feature:

• The power station only supports the basic UPS feature and does not support 0ms switching. DO NOT connect the power station to devices that require 0ms UPS, such as a medical equipment.

• This function may be unavailable in some regions. Refer to local laws and regulations.

• Due to restrictions by local laws and regulations in some countries and regions, the actual output power of the power station may be lowered in UPS mode.

You can update the firmware using either the DJI Home App or DJI Assistant 2 (Power Series).

Using DJI Home App:

If the device is connected to DJI Home App, a prompt will appear in the app when new firmware is available. Follow the instructions in the app to update the firmware. You can also manually check for updates by tapping the icon at the top right corner, then tapping Firmware Update > Update.

Using DJI Assistant 2 (Power Series):

1. Power off the device. Press and hold the AC button and the power button simultaneously, until the USB-C icon starts to blink on the display screen.

2. Connect the computer to the designated USB-C port as shown in the manual.

3. Launch DJI Assistant 2, select the product, and click the firmware update button on the left side.

4. Select the firmware version and click update. The firmware will be downloaded and uploaded to the device automatically.

5. The device will restart automatically after the firmware update is done.

Before updating, ensure the device has enough battery and a stable network connection. Connect any accessories like expansion batteries or super fast chargers to update them together.

If the firmware update fails, the display screen will show “UPGD FAIL”. Disconnect the device from the computer and the AC power outlet. Then, press and hold the power button for five seconds to power off the device, and try the update again.

During a firmware update, DO NOT power off the device or disconnect the device from the computer.

1. Power off the device. Press and hold the AC button and the power button simultaneously, until the USB-C icon starts to blink on the display screen.

2. Connect the computer to the designated USB-C port as shown in the manual.

3. Run DJI Assistant 2, click Log Export on the left side, select the log from the log list and save. Wait for the export to complete.

4. Restart the power station to resume normal use after completing the log export.

1. If the DJI POWER 1000 V2 needs to be stored for an extended period, it is recommended to discharge the power station to 60%. Storing with a high power level will shorten the battery cell life.

2. The power station should be stored in a cool and dry environment without direct sunlight at the specified storage temperature. DO NOT place the power station in water or where water may leak.

3. DO NOT store the power station for an extended period after fully discharging. Otherwise, the battery may over-discharge and cause irreparable damage to the battery cell.

4. Charge and discharge the power station once every 6 months to ensure the battery performance: discharge the power to below 15%, power off for more than two hours, and then charge it to 100% in Standard Recharge mode.

5. Clean the ports with a clean, dry cloth if there is any noticeable build up. DO NOT clean the ports with alcohol or other flammable solvents.

1. The DJI POWER 1000 V2 contains hazardous chemicals. Make sure to strictly follow local regulations regarding the disposal and recycling of batteries. DO NOT dispose of the power station in a regular waste disposal container.

2. Dispose of the power station in a suitable recycling container only after fully discharging it.

3. Power stations that are over-discharged, swollen, involved in a crash, come into contact with liquid, damaged, or leaky must be disposed of properly. DO NOT use any power station in such a condition in order to avoid damage or injury. Contact a professional battery disposal or recycling agent for further assistance.
