i was charged $66 yesterday for a service I was told would cost $5.00 and they didn’t even solve the problem for me. How can this be? I would appreciate a refund please immediately!
I can’t pair my iPhone to this device. I have a rapidly flashing blue light but no connection. I have paired my phone to other devices no problems.
Here are some things to check when pairing your iPhone to the AA-2104:
Ensure the AA-2104 is in pairing mode. When in pairing mode, the blue LED will flash quickly. To enter pairing mode, power on the unit, and then double click the MFB button. If the AA-2014 does not enter into pairing mode, you can try pressing the MFB for two seconds and then double pressing it again (keep pressing consistently).
Confirm that your iPhone’s Bluetooth is turned on. You have mentioned that you have paired your phone to other devices successfully, so this is likely not the issue. However, it is always good to double-check.
Make sure your iPhone and the AA-2104 are close together. The pairing process may not work if the devices are too far apart. Ideally, they should be within 30 seconds of each other.
Check if the AA-2104 has reached its maximum number of paired devices. The unit remembers up to four devices in transmitter (TX) mode. If you have already paired four other devices, you may need to clear the pairing list to connect your iPhone. To clear the pairing list, power off the device, wait three seconds, switch to the other working mode (TX or RX), and then power on. This will clear the pairing information for the former mode.
Try restarting both your iPhone and the AA-2104. This can sometimes resolve pairing issues.
If the AA-2104 still won’t connect after one minute, try clearing the pairing list of the AA-2104.
The rapidly flashing blue light you are seeing indicates that the device is in pairing mode and is not yet connected.
It’s also worth noting that the PDF primarily describes the process of pairing the AA-2104 to Bluetooth speakers and headsets. While it should theoretically work with an iPhone as well, there might be unforeseen compatibility issues.
