Software version requirement: above Android 4.4 or above iOS7.0.

The mobile app interface for the ELITECH LMC-310 allows for the following operations:

ZERO key: Click this to deduct tare and zero out the current reading.

Charging/recovery process:

1. Set the desired charging/recovery weight.

2. Click the “CHARGE” or “RECOVER” button.

3. The current status switches to charging/recovering, and the button text changes to “Stop”.

4. Click “Stop” to return to the normal weighing status and stop the charging valve.

Run/Stop: Click this button to start or stop the charging valve instantly. Note: When the scale platform has a low battery, the charging valve is disabled from opening. Please replace the batteries.

The interface displays the following information:

Device info and user-defined scale name: Shows device details.

Power off the scale platform: A button to turn off the platform.

Weight: Displays the current weight reading.

Switch units: Allows changing between weight units (kg, oz, lb).

Progress display of charging/recovery: A visual bar showing the progress.

Platform power indication: Shows the battery level of the scale platform.

Signal strength: Indicates the strength of the Bluetooth connection.

Set charging/recovery value: Input field for the desired weight.

Current status: Displays the current operational state (e.g., Weighing).

Decrease/Increase the setpoint: Buttons to adjust the setpoint value.

Charge button: Initiates the charging process.

Recover button: Initiates the recovery process.

Zero button: Tares or zeroes the scale.

Run/Stop button for charging valve: Manually starts or stops the valve.

The device list interface in the app displays devices you have used before. To connect with a new device:

1. Click the “Search” button to enter the search interface.

2. The app will show a list of ELITECH LMC-310 scales that can be connected.

3. Select the desired device from the list to connect.

You can also click “User Center” to view user information and access other settings.

User Center:

From the main device list screen, click to enter the User Center. Here you can:

• Login/Register for an account.

• Access System Settings, Version Update information, About page, and Contact Us information.

System Settings:

Within the User Center, you can access System Settings to adjust the following:

• Bluetooth: Switch Bluetooth on or off.

• Language Setting: Switch between available languages.

• Alert Setting: Set alerts.

STABLE: Indicates that the weight reading is stable.

SCALE: Indicates the power level of the hand-held device.

(Icon of scale platform with battery): Indicates the power level of the scale platform.

(Bluetooth symbol): Indicates the Bluetooth signal status.

(Arrow pointing down into a container): Charging icon.

(Arrow pointing up out of a container): Recovery icon.

HOLD: Indicates the current weight is locked.

OPEN: Indicates the charging valve is open.

“CHARGE”: Press to set the charging value.

“ZERO”: Press to deduct tare and zero out the current reading on the display.

“UNIT”: Press to switch between “Kg”, “Oz”, and “Lb”.

“RECOVER”: Press to set the recovery value.

“LAMP”: Press to light the blue backlight; it will last for 10s. Press and hold for 3s to keep the backlight on continuously. Press again to turn off the backlight.

“RUN/STOP”: Press to stop or start the charging valve instantly.

“REPEAT”: Press to repeat the last order of charging or recovery.

“HOLD”: Press to lock the current weight (the charging valve is disabled when active). The displayed weight does not change with the actual weight. Press again to unlock it.

“POWER”: Press to turn on the scale. Press and hold for 3s in non-charging or recovery status to turn it off.

“↵” (Enter button): After setting the charging/recovery value, press this button to enter the charging/recovery status. If the set value is wrong, press and hold this button for 3s to exit the setting status and set it again. During charging/recovering, press this button to end the status and return to normal weighing.

“POWER” button: Press to turn on/off the scale. When it alarms after charging/recovery is finished, press this button to cancel the alert.

“Bluetooth” button: When communication is normal, press this button to put Bluetooth into sleep status. The Bluetooth indicator will turn red and flash slowly, and communication will break. Press this button again to reconnect Bluetooth communication.

1. Install 5 AAA batteries in the hand-held device and 5 AA batteries in the platform.

2. Place the platform on a firm and level surface.

3. Press “POWER” on the platform. The power indicator will flash once in red, and the Bluetooth indicator will flash red quickly, indicating the platform is being searched for.

4. Press the “POWER” button on the hand-held device. It will automatically search for current devices. When the Bluetooth indicator flashes in green, communication is established.

5. Press “UNIT” on the hand-held device to select the desired unit.

6. Press “ZERO” to deduct tare.

7. Place the object to be weighed on the platform until STABLE appears. Read the LCD.

8. Charge: Press “CHARGE” to set the charging value and press “confirm” to start charging.

9. Recover: Press “RECOVER” to set the recovery value and press “confirm” to start recovering.

10. Press “RUN/STOP” to start the charging valve (OPEN icon is normally on) or stop it (OPEN icon is normally off) immediately.

11. Press “HOLD” to lock the current weight.

1. Take the scale out of the package and place it on a firm and level surface.

2. Press “POWER” on the hand-held device.

3. Press “UNIT” to switch between “Kg”, “Oz”, and “Lb”.

4. Press “ZERO” to deduct tare.

5. Place the refrigerant tank in the center of the platform; zero it again to display only the changing weight of the refrigerant.

6. Press “HOLD” to lock the current value. It will not change with the weight on the platform.

1. Press CHARGE/RECOVER to set the charge/recovery value. The screen will display “↵” on the right, and the charge icon or recovery icon will flash.

2. Input the desired charging/recovery value, confirm it, and press “↵” to start. If the value is set wrong, press and hold “↵” to exit the current status and repeat the operation.

3. In charge/recovery status, the charge or recovery icon is always on. When the charging valve is open, the OPEN icon is also on.

4. Charging status: The initial display is 0.000. As weight drops (refrigerant leaves the tank), the screen displays the charged weight. The value increases until it reaches the set-point. The valve then switches off, the OPEN icon turns off, and a buzzer alarms. Press “POWER” on the platform to exit the alert. If the detected weight rises and the value is less than -0.2kg, an error occurs, the valve closes, and the scale returns to normal weighing status.

5. Recovery status: The initial display is the recovery set-point. As weight rises (refrigerant enters the tank), the screen displays the remaining recovery volume. The value decreases until it becomes 0.000 (with permissible error). The valve then switches off, the OPEN icon turns off, and a buzzer alarms. Press “POWER” on the platform to exit the alert. If the detected weight drops and the value is 0.2kg more than the recovery set-point, an error occurs, the valve closes, and the scale returns to normal weighing status.

6. After a charge/recovery operation, press REPEAT to carry out the last operation again without re-entering the value.

7. Press “RUN/STOP” to instantly turn the charging valve on or off.

If the weight applied to the platform exceeds the maximum weight of 100kg, the characters “FULL” will appear on the LCD screen, the buzzer will beep, and a red LED will flash to indicate an over range alert. To prevent damage to the scale and sensor, do not place objects over 100Kg on the scale platform for a long time.

The battery power is indicated in segments on the display. These segments reduce as power is consumed. When only the frame of the battery icon flashes, the battery is very low, and the LCD may become unstable. Please change the batteries before the LCD indicates an unstable state to avoid error messages affecting the normal use of the scale.

1. Power-on self-test: Lasts less than 2 seconds.

2. Tare deduction: Available in the full weighing range (100Kg).

3. LCD display: Displays numbers from high digit to low digit. Any digit that exceeds the display range will not be shown.

4. Auto off: If the weight on the platform does not change for 10 minutes, the scale turns off automatically. If the hand-held device fails to communicate with the platform for 2 minutes, it also turns off automatically.

5. Low battery protection: When the platform is in low battery, the charging valve is disabled from opening. Please replace the batteries.

1. Please use the scale in the specified environment to avoid error or damage to the sensor.

2. Please do not use chemical solvents or corrosive liquids to clean the scale.

3. Please do not disassemble the scale body and inner device; otherwise, it may cause great weighing error.

4. Please do not pull hard on the charging valve line to avoid damage.

5. Remove the batteries if the scale is not to be used for a long time in case the leakage corrodes the scale. The included batteries are not rechargeable. Please do not charge them.
