General Safety:

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities unless they have been given supervision or instruction.

• Children must be supervised to prevent them from tampering with the appliance.

• Do not operate the appliance if it is defective or has any visible damage.

• Ensure the appliance function controls are switched off after every use.

Appliance Safety:

• The appliance and its accessible parts become hot during use. Avoid touching heating elements inside the oven. Children must be kept away unless continually supervised.

• Be careful when using alcoholic drinks in dishes, as alcohol evaporates at high temperatures and may ignite.

• Do not place flammable materials close to the appliance.

• Do not heat closed tins and glass jars in the oven, as pressure build-up can cause them to burst.

• Do not place baking trays, dishes, or aluminum foil directly on the bottom of the oven to prevent heat accumulation damage.

• Do not use harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers on the oven door glass.

• Do not use steam cleaners.

• Always use heat-resistant oven gloves when handling hot dishes.

• Ensure the appliance is switched off before replacing the lamp.

• If the appliance has a failure, it should not be operated until repaired by an authorized service agent.

• The appliance must be connected to an earthed outlet protected by a suitable fuse. The earth installation must be done by a qualified electrician.

• The manufacturer and seller do not accept responsibility for damage due to incorrect installation or electrical connection.

• Never wash the appliance with water to avoid electric shock.

• The appliance must be disconnected from the mains during installation, maintenance, cleaning, and repair.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified person.

• The rear surface of the oven gets hot. Ensure the electrical connection does not touch the rear surface.

• Do not trap the mains cable between the oven door and frame or route it over hot surfaces.

The appliance must be installed by a qualified person in accordance with national regulations.

• Prior to installation, visually check if the appliance has any defects. Do not install a damaged appliance.

• The appliance is intended for installation in household kitchen cabinets. A safety distance must be left between the appliance and the kitchen walls/furniture.

• Surfaces, laminates, and adhesives adjacent to the appliance must withstand temperatures up to 100°C without delaminating or discoloring.

• Kitchen cabinets must be level and fixed.

• If there is a drawer beneath the oven, a shelf must be installed between the oven and the drawer.

• Carry the appliance with at least two people. Do not use the door or handle for lifting.

• Do not install the appliance next to refrigerators or freezers.

First Cleaning:

1. Remove all packaging materials.

2. Before first use, clean the cooking compartment and accessories. Do not use aggressive detergents, cleaning powders, or sharp objects.

Initial Heating:

Heat the appliance for about 30 minutes to burn off any production residues. This may produce smoke and a smell, so ensure the room is well-ventilated.

Electric Oven:

1. Take all baking trays and the wire shelf out of the oven.

2. Close the oven door.

3. Select Static position.

4. Select the highest bake power.

5. Operate the oven for about 30 minutes.

6. Turn off your oven.

Grill Oven:

1. Take all baking trays and the wire shelf out of the oven.

2. The door must remain partially open.

3. Select the highest grill power.

4. Operate the grill for about 30 minutes.

5. Turn off your grill.

1. Set the Temperature knob to the desired temperature.

2. Set the Function knob (Selector) to the desired operating mode (e.g., Conventional Bake, Bottom Bake).

The oven will heat up to the set temperature and maintain it. The thermostat indicator light will glow while heating and switch off when the temperature is reached. It will cycle on and off to maintain the temperature.

Place the food in the oven after it has preheated.

To switch off the oven, turn the function knob and temperature knob to the ‘off’ position.

Both the wire shelf and roast pan can be used for grilling. The roast pan can also be used as a drip tray under the wire shelf.

Tips for grilling:

• Distribute pieces on the wire shelf or baking tray so the space covered does not exceed the size of the grill element.

• If grilling on the wire shelf, slide the baking tray to a lower rack to collect fats. Add some water to the tray for easier cleaning.

• Only grill food suitable for intensive grilling heat. Do not place food too far towards the back of the grill, as this is the hottest area.

Switching on the grill:

1. Turn the Function knob to the grill symbol.

2. Select the desired grilling temperature (maximum is recommended).

3. Preheat for about 5 minutes.

4. Place food on the shelf and monitor to avoid burning. Grilling must be done with the oven door closed.

Switching off the grill:

1. Turn the Function knob to the Off position.

Baking Guide:

• Where possible, bake on the middle shelf position.

• Place food in the center of the wire shelf towards the oven door.

• Do not open the oven door until at least two-thirds of the baking time has passed.

• The roast pan must not be used for baking purposes.

Tips for Roasting:

• Treating meat with dressings like lemon juice and black pepper before cooking will improve performance.

• Meat with bones takes about 15-30 minutes longer to roast than boneless meat of the same size.

• Each centimeter of meat thickness requires approximately 4-5 minutes of cooking time.

• Let meat rest in the oven for about 10 minutes after cooking.

Tips for Baking Cake:

• If the cake is too dry, increase the temperature by 10°C and decrease the cooking time.

• If the cake is wet, use less liquid or lower the temperature by 10°C.

• If the cake is too dark on top, place it on a lower rack, lower the temperature, and increase the cooking time.

• If cooked well inside but sticky outside, use less liquid, lower the temperature, and increase cooking time.

Timings in this table are meant as a guide. Timings may vary due to temperature.

General Cleaning:

• Clean the appliance thoroughly after each use.

• Allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning.

• Switch off the electricity before cleaning.

• Wipe down the cabinet, door, control panel, trims, and handles with a damp, hot soapy cloth. Use only liquid household cleaners.

• Rinse and wipe down with a clean cloth.

Cleaning the Oven Interior:

• Open the oven door and allow the oven to cool.

• Clean with a damp, hot soapy cloth. Do not use a steam cleaner.

• For burnt soils, it may be necessary to soak them with a liquid cleaner before scrubbing with a nylon brush or scouring sponge.

• For heavy soils on the oven bottom, you can soak them overnight under a sponge sprinkled with household ammonia.

• Always wipe off excess liquid after cleaning.

This function must be performed in a cold oven. Any food residue must be removed from the bottom of the cavity before you start. Remove all oven accessories.

1. Pour 100 ml of water into the emboss on the oven floor.

2. Select the steam assisted cleaning function (💧 symbol).

3. Turn the oven on to run this cycle for 5 minutes.

4. At the end of the cycle, wait 5 minutes before opening the door.

5. Open the door and wipe the inner surfaces of the oven with a damp sponge or cloth.

6. Use warm water with washing liquid to clean persistent dirt and wipe with a dry cloth.

Important: Ensure all water has been wiped away after cleaning as this may damage your oven. For grease or other difficult substances, you may need to traditionally clean your oven after the steam cycle.

Removing the Oven Door:

1. Open the front door completely.

2. Open the clips at the hinge housing on the right and left sides by pressing them down.

3. Move the front door to the halfway position.

4. Remove the front door by pulling it upwards to release it from the hinges.

To reinstall, carry out these steps in reverse order. Do not forget to close the clips at the hinge housing when reinstalling.

Removing the Oven Door Glass:

A. Lift the top décor and remove it from the door.

B. Lift the inner glass to a 45-degree position and pull it towards yourself.

Clean the glass as per instructions, avoiding harsh abrasive cleaners or sharp metal scrapers.

DANGER: Before replacing the oven lamp, ensure the appliance is disconnected from the mains and has cooled down to avoid the risk of electrical shock and burns.

1. Disconnect the appliance from the mains.

2. Turn the glass cover counter-clockwise to remove it.

3. Remove the old oven lamp by turning it counter-clockwise and replace it with a new one. The oven lamp is a special bulb that can resist up to 300°C.

4. Reinstall the glass cover.

• Use dark coloured or enamel coated cookware in the oven for better heat transmission.

• Perform preheating only if advised in the user manual or cooking instructions.

• Do not open the oven door frequently during cooking.

• Try to cook more than one dish in the oven at the same time by placing two cooking vessels on the wire shelf.

• Cook dishes one after another to take advantage of the residual heat.

• You can save energy by switching off your oven a few minutes before the end of the cooking time. Do not open the oven door.

• Defrost frozen dishes before cooking them.

• Keep the appliance’s original carton and transport the appliance in it. If you do not have the original carton, pack the appliance in bubble wrap or thick cardboard and tape it securely.

• To prevent the wire grill and tray from damaging the oven door, place a strip of cardboard inside the oven door that lines up with the trays. Tape the oven door to the side walls.

• Do not use the door or handle to lift or move the appliance.

It is normal that steam escapes during operation. This is not a fault.

When the metal parts are heated, they may expand and cause noise. This is not a fault.

• Check the fuses in the fuse box. If the mains fuse is defective or has tripped, replace or reset it.

• Check that the appliance is properly plugged into the wall socket.

• The oven lamp may be defective. Replace the oven lamp.

• Check if there is power. Check the fuses in the fuse box. If necessary, replace or reset the fuses.

The function and/or temperature may not be set. Ensure you set the function and the temperature with the correct knobs.

The following are not factory faults and are the owner’s responsibility:

• Damage to exterior finish.

• Breakage of glass and other components.

• Replacement of the light bulb.

• Damage through improper use or installation of the appliance.

• Damage caused by moving the appliance.
