Battery removal for the BEYERDYNAMIC AMIRON 300 is an activity that may only be carried out by professional staff due to safety risks. A non-destructive removal of the battery by the end user is not possible. Before removal, the battery must be fully discharged.

The following steps are for professional staff only:

1. First, discharge the batteries. To do this, remove the earphones from the charging case.

2. Remove the eartips from the earphones.

3. Using a knife or cutter, cut around the gap in the earphone several times until the glue has loosened enough for you to lever open the housing.

4. Loosen the plug connection on the side and pinch off the heads of the three plastic pins.

5. Lever off the circuit board.

6. To remove the battery, cut the battery connections one at a time using pliers or scissors.

7. As soon as you have cut the first cable, you must insulate the end with adhesive tape before proceeding with the second cable.

Caution: The cut ends without adhesive tape must not touch each other, as there is a risk of a short circuit.

The following steps are for professional staff only:

1. Discharge the battery before disposing of it.

2. Slightly lift the cover of the charging case. Insert a flat screwdriver between the metal joint and the lower part of the housing, then lever up the insert.

3. Loosen the insert and remove the lower part of the housing.

4. Pull out the pin of the metal joint.

5. Remove the cover of the charging case.

6. With a PH00 screwdriver, loosen the six screws on the circuit board and lever off the cover of the circuit board.

7. Remove the lower part of the circuit board.

8. To remove the battery, cut the battery connection one after the other using pliers or scissors.

9. After cutting the first cable, insulate the end with adhesive tape. Proceed in the same way with the other cables.

Caution: The cut ends without adhesive tape must not touch each other, as there is a risk of a short circuit.

Batteries from the BEYERDYNAMIC AMIRON 300 must be disposed of separately from the product in accordance with applicable regulations. They must not be disposed of in household waste. The return is free of charge for consumers and end users. Before disposal, the batteries must be discharged and removed from the device.
