Do not place or install the 3NSTAR KIOSK K21 in direct sunlight or near heat-generating equipment. Do not install the device in damp, dusty, or sooty areas. Ensure the equipment is installed horizontally or in a stable place to prevent it from falling. Do not drip or splash liquids onto the device and ensure that no items filled with liquids are placed on the device to prevent liquids from flowing into it. Install the device in a well-ventilated area and do not block the vents. Use the device only within the rated input and output range. Do not disassemble or modify this product to avoid physical injury, electric shock, fire, or other accidents. Never attempt to climb on or place heavy objects on the equipment. Do not plug in or unplug the power supply with wet hands to avoid the risk of electric shock. Transport, use, and store the device within the allowable humidity and temperature range.

Use the recommended wire assembly (power cord) for your region and ensure it is within its rated specifications. Always use the standard power adapter that comes with the device. The user will be responsible for any injury or damage to the device if a different adapter is used.

The environmental requirements for the 3NSTAR KIOSK K21 when working indoors are as follows:

Temperature: -10℃~50°C

Relative humidity: 40%~80% (non-condensing state)

Atmospheric pressure: 86Kpa-106Kpa

Step 1: Remove the bottom plate from the K21 product, install it on the vertical bracket, and attach the foot cup to the bottom plate, as shown in the installation figures.

Step 2: Take out the WiFi antenna from the accessories and install it at the antenna interface behind the product operation screen, as shown in Figure 2.

Step 3: Use the key included in the accessories to open the cover plate at the I/O interface of the product.

Step 4: Connect the AC power cable to the power input interface of the K21 product, and turn on the power switch, as shown in Figure 3.

Step 5: Once powered on, locate the silver circular button on the front side of the K21 at the bottom. Press it once and release to turn on the device.

When the power switch is on, the light will illuminate red. The device will not turn on without turning on the main power located in the back panel.

Use a soft, lint-free cloth dampened with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner to wipe the touchscreen. Avoid using excessive moisture.

If your kiosk includes the optional thermal printer, clean the print head and rollers using an alcohol-soaked cotton swab. Wait 5-10 minutes for the alcohol to evaporate before resuming use.

Ensure that all cables and connections (Ethernet, USB, power) are secure and free from damage.

Turn off the kiosk and unplug it from the power source. Use compressed air to remove dust from internal components, including the CPU, memory, and storage areas. Check for any loose connections or components inside the kiosk.

Check for and install any available software updates for the operating system and any installed applications.

Avoid Direct Contact with the Print Head when cleaning the print head, handle it with care to avoid damage. Use only recommended cleaning agents. Use medicinal alcohol for cleaning the print head. Avoid industrial alcohol as it can cause damage.

Always turn off the kiosk and unplug it before performing any maintenance tasks to avoid electrical hazards.

Keep the kiosk in a well-ventilated area and ensure it operates within the recommended temperature range (0°C to 40°C) and humidity levels (10% to 80%).

If the product is installed outdoors, it must be equipped with a corresponding cover to ensure it operates in a dry environment and is not exposed to direct sunlight.

Check for any visible damage or wear on the kiosk’s exterior, including the floor stand and peripheral devices.
