Keep the product out of reach of infants and small children to avoid the risk of scalding or injury.

Always clean the bottle thoroughly after use to prevent malfunctioning such as rusting, perforation, or content spoilage.

Always close the stopper tightly to prevent beverages from spilling and ensure the spout is closed after pouring. Hot beverages may leak and cause scalding.

Do not use the bottle if it loses its heat retention properties. If the outside of the bottle becomes very hot when hot beverages are poured inside, discontinue use.

Consume beverages within the same day to prevent spoiling. Beverages left inside for a long period of time may produce gas that increases pressure, potentially causing the stopper to burst, beverages to spill, or damage to the cup and stopper.

Do not place cans, bottles, or other objects inside the main body, as these may deform or damage the product.

Do not remove the sticker on the bottom of the main body, as doing so may cause malfunctions like rusting or perforation.

Do not drink out of the bottle while driving. This may cause scalds, stain the vehicle interior, or distract the driver and lead to accidents.

Leave 1cm (1/2 inch) of room on top when filling the bottle. Contents may overflow when placing the stopper, or the spout may become difficult to open. Beverages may also become caught in the stopper and leak out.

When filling with sports drinks, rinse the inside and outside of the main body mouth, the stopper, and the cup as soon as possible after consumption to prevent rust and pinholes.

Clean the inside using a soft sponge to protect the nonstick coating from being scratched. Scratches to the coating may cause rust and pinholes.

Dry ice and carbonated drinks: Contents may spill out or pressure may cause the spout to become difficult to open or the stopper/cup to burst.

Liquids containing salt such as soup: Although the liner is made of 18/8 stainless steel and is nonstick coated, salt may cause rust resulting in loss of thermal insulation.

Dairy products and fruit juice: If left inside for a long period of time, contents may spoil and produce gas that may cause the stopper to burst.

Fruit pulp and tea leaves: These may become caught in the stopper and cause contents to spill.

Tilt the product slowly when pouring hot beverages. Pouring too quickly may cause scalds.

Do not shake the bottle as it may cause scalds or injuries.

Be careful not to scald yourself when drinking. Due to vacuum insulation, the outside of the main body will not become hot, but the beverage inside will remain very hot for many hours.

Always use the cup when drinking hot beverages. Never drink directly out of the bottle as it may cause scalds.

If the stopper becomes difficult to remove when filled with hot beverages, press the button to open the spout to release pressure before removing the stopper. Do not forcefully remove the stopper as it may pop out.

Do not open the spout with the bottle close to your face or tilted toward you, as pressure built up in the bottle may cause hot beverages to spew out.

For the outside of the main body, do not wash under water. Washing under water may allow water to get inside and cause rusting or leaking. Instead, soak a soft cloth in warm water and mild dishwashing liquid, wring it well, and wipe the exterior.

For the cup and stopper, wash with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid using a soft sponge with a handle. Rinse and wipe moisture out to dry. Detach and wash gaskets after each use.

To clean the inside of the main body, fill with warm water, close the stopper, and pour the water out through the spout several times. Remove the stopper, wash with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid using a soft sponge with a handle, then rinse and wipe dry.

If the model has a carrying strap, soak a soft cloth in warm water and dishwashing soap, wring well, and wipe the strap.

Do not soak the product or use a dishwasher or dish dryer. Do not boil to sanitize. Avoid using paint thinner, benzine, metal wire scrub brushes, or chlorine type bleach.

To remove rust spots or water stains caused by impurities in the water: Fill the bottle with hot water with 10% vinegar and let it stand for 30 minutes to an hour without attaching the stopper, then wash the interior thoroughly.

To remove coffee and tea stains: It is recommended to use the specific cleaning detergent SB-ZA01 or SB-ZA01E (sold separately). Always remove the stopper when using these cleaning detergents.

Do not force large ice cubes into the bottle as it may cause deformation or malfunction.

Do not rub the design on the outside of the bottle strongly, as the design may come off.

After washing, shake the stopper several times to remove any water left inside and wipe dry to prevent dripping.

Do not leave a tea bag inside and close the stopper, as the bag may swell and cause contents to leak or splatter.

Do not allow hot kettles to touch the mouth of the bottle, as it may tip over and cause scalding or damage the bottle.

After pouring, stand the bottle upright and wait 2 to 3 seconds before closing the spout. This allows droplets to return to the bottle and prevents staining of clothes or surroundings.

The rattling noise that may be heard when the product is shaken comes from the copper or aluminum foil in the vacuum insulation. This is used to increase heat and cold retention and does not indicate a malfunction.

Steam may burst out when the bottle has been filled with hot beverages because the air inside heats and expands, causing internal pressure to build up. When filling with hot beverages, close the stopper while keeping the spout open, and wait for about 20 seconds before closing it.
