To begin assembly, place all parts from the box in a cleared area on the floor. Remove packing materials and place them back in the box, ensuring you do not dispose of them until assembly is finished. Carefully read each step before starting the process.

Unfold the Rear Frame (A2) away from the Main Frame (A1). Lock the frame assembly in the unfolded position by inserting the Pull PIN (D2) into the designated hole in the Rear Frame (A2).

Identify the Rear Stabilizer (A10), which is the one equipped with Transport Wheels (B19). Attach it to the Rear Frame (A2) with the wheels facing backward. Secure the stabilizer using Carriage Bolts (M8*1.25*60mm) (D5), Acorn Nuts (M8) (D23), and Arc Washers (M8*1.25) (D22).

Attach the Front Stabilizer (A5) to the Main Frame (A1). Use Carriage Bolts (M8*1.25*60mm) (D5), Acorn Nuts (M8) (D23), and Arc Washers (M8*1.25) (D22) to secure it in place.

Attach the Seat (B24) to the Seat Post (A6) using Nylock Nuts (M8) (D25) and Washer (M8) (D38). Once the seat is attached, insert the Seat Post (A6) into the Main Frame (A1) and secure it with the Adjustment Knob (D1).

When securing the seat, always make sure that the pin on the Adjustment Knob (D1) is fully inserted into one of the adjustment holes in the Seat Post (A6).

Attach the Back Support (A7) and Back Frame (A6) by using the Carriage Bolt (M8*1.25*48mm) (D8) and Washer (M8) (D24).

Attach the Back Post (B25) to the Back Support (A9) using the Hex Head Round Bolt M8X40 and Washer (M8) (D24).

Insert the Handle Bar (A8) into the Rear Frame (A2). Secure it using the Button Head Bolt (M6*12mm) (D52) and Spring Washer (M6) (D53). After securing the bar, connect the Connection Wire (C2) to the Sensor (C13).

Tighten the Left Strap (B29) and Right Strap (B30) to the Left Pedal (B27) and Right Pedal (B28) respectively. Use the provided Wrench to lock and tighten the Left Pedal (B27) onto the Left Crank (C5) and the Right Pedal (B28) onto the Right Crank (C6).

The MODE key allows the user to select and lock on to a specific display function on the electronic meter.

The SCAN function automatically rotates through the display of SPEED, DISTANCE, TIME, ODOMETER, CALORIES, and PULSE in sequence. Each function is displayed for six seconds. To activate this, press and release the button until “SCAN” appears on the display screen.

The meter displays the current speed ranging from zero up to 999.9 KM per hour.

The distance function tracks from zero to 999.9 KM. The time function displays the duration of your workout from one second up to 99:59 minutes.

The ODOMETER displays the total accumulated distance traveled from zero up to 9999 KM. This data is retained even when the meter is turned off.

The calorie readout displays from zero to 999.9 Kcal. It is an estimate based on an average user and should be used only as a comparison between different workouts on the unit.

To display your pulse, select the PULSE MODE on the meter and grasp the pulse sensors on the desktop with one hand on each sensor. A heart icon will flash when your pulse is sensed, and the reading will display in beats per minute after approximately five seconds. If no reading appears, relax or adjust your grip on the sensors.

To reset all functions to zero except for the ODOMETER, press and hold the button down for two seconds.

The meter will automatically shut off after four minutes of inactivity. All function values will be kept when this occurs.

Open the battery door on the back of the meter. Insert two AAA batteries according to the illustrated polarity. Note that removing the batteries will reset the ODOMETER function to zero.

Do not mix new batteries with old ones. Use the same type of battery and do not mix alkaline batteries with other types. The use of rechargeable batteries is not recommended. Batteries must be disposed of according to state laws and must never be disposed of in fire.

The unit features eight levels of load adjustment. To increase the load, turn the Adjustment Knob (B32) clockwise. To decrease the load, turn the Adjustment Knob (B32) counterclockwise.

Turn the Adjustment Knob (D1) to loosen it, then pull the knob to release the locking pin. Slide the Seat Post (A6) up or down to the desired height. Release the knob and ensure the pin catches in one of the holes in the Seat Post, then tighten the knob.

When sitting and pedaling, you should be able to move through a complete stroke without locking your knees or shifting your hips. Your knees should have a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke. If your knees straighten completely, the seat is too far; if they bend too much, the seat is too close.

Never attempt to adjust the seat while you are sitting on the bike. Always ensure the Adjustment Knob (D1) is fully tightened after reaching a new position.

Keep the bike in a clean, dry place. If you plan to store the unit for a year or more, remove the batteries to prevent damage to the electronics.

To move the bike, hold the Handlebar and tilt the unit onto the wheels located on the front stabilizer.

Remove the Pull Pin (D2) from the Rear Frame (A2). Fold the Rear Frame (A2) forward so it is close to the Main Frame (A1). Re-insert the Pull Pin (D2) through the holes on both sides of the Rear Frame and the tube on the Main Frame to lock it in the folded position.

The TOORX BRXCOMPACT utilizes a speed sensor (C13) and four hand pulse sensors (C21) to monitor exercise metrics.

The exercise bike supports eight different levels of resistance, which can be adjusted using the load knob.

The bike uses two V-Ribbed belts: one 230J belt (C8) and one 240J belt (C9).

The unit contains several ball bearings:
Two 6000ZZ Ball Bearings (C14)
One 6200ZZ Ball Bearing (C15)
Two 6003ZZ Ball Bearings (C16)

Insert the Seat Post (A6) into the designated opening on the Main Frame (A1). Use the Adjustment Knob (D1) to secure it at the desired height, ensuring the locking pin is properly engaged.

The Rear Stabilizer (A10) is the component that should have the transport wheels attached to it.

The internal drive system includes a Pulley with Shaft (C10), a Pulley Shaft (C11), and a Pulley (C12) which work together to transfer movement from the pedals to the flywheel.

The system uses a total of seven magnets: six magnets labeled C18 and one magnet labeled C20.

The pedals (B27 and B28) should be installed and tightened using the Wrench included in the assembly tool kit.

The unit features two transport wheels (B19) located on the rear stabilizer for easy relocation.

The Odometer tracks the total distance from zero up to 9999 KM.

Ensure that you have used the correct Bolt, Button Head (M6 * 12mm) (D52) and Spring Washer (M6) (D53) to secure the bar into the Rear Frame (A2) and that the connection wires are fully joined.

The seat is supported by the Seat Support welding part (A6) and includes a Back Support (A9) and Back Frame (A7) for user comfort.

The bike is designed to use the specific Left Pedal (B27) and Right Pedal (B28) provided in the parts list, which attach to the Left Crank (C5) and Right Crank (C6).

The bike includes two Leveling Caps (B18) to help stabilize the unit on uneven floor surfaces.
