Before starting assembly, ensure you have all the necessary parts. Note: Do not tighten bolts fully at once.

Step 1: Prepare Parts

When you open the carton, you will find the following spare parts:

– D3 Allen wrench 5MM (1 PC)

Step 2: Attach Uprights

Connect the lower cable (C17) from the main frame to the connecting cable (C18) inside the uprights. Then, attach the left and right uprights (A3L/A3R) to the base frame using the M8*15 bolts (D13) and inner star washers (D17).

Step 3: Attach Console and Side Covers

Connect the upper cable (from the console) to the connecting cable (C18 from the uprights). Place the console/handrail bracket onto the left and right uprights (A3L/A3R). Secure the console to the uprights using the M8*15 bolts (D13) and inner star washers (D17). Finally, attach the left and right side covers (B11L/R) using the cross self-tapping bolts with washer ST4.2*19 (D48).

Step 4: Place Safety Key

Place the safety key (C13) onto the designated spot on the console.

Step 5: Final Check

To check if the running belt runs correctly, place the treadmill in the folded position and tighten all the bolts. Then unfold the treadmill, set the speed to under 3 km/h, and observe if the running belt runs smoothly without any problems.

Folding Instructions:

Lift up the machine’s running deck and push it upwards until you hear a “click”. This sound indicates the safety casing is stuck on the pneumatic cylinder, securing the treadmill in the folded position.

Unfolding Instructions:

Lightly kick the safety sleeve on the pneumatic cylinder and pull down the running deck at the same time, following the arrow direction. The machine will then fall down smoothly.

The TOORX TRX 30 S EVO must be grounded to reduce the risk of electric shock. The product is equipped with a cord that has an equipment-grounding conductor and a grounding plug. The plug must be inserted into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and grounded according to all local codes and ordinances.

DANGER: Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can result in a risk of electric shock. If you are unsure whether the product is properly grounded, check with a qualified electrician or serviceman. Do not modify the plug provided with the product. If it does not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified electrician.

This product is for use on a nominal 240V circuit and has a grounding plug. Ensure the product is connected to an outlet with the same configuration as the plug. No adapter should be used with this product.

If you remove the safety lock while the treadmill is in use, the display window will show “—” and the treadmill will stop quickly with a “didi” alarm noise. When you put the safety lock back on, the computer will display for 2 seconds and then the data will count down to “0”, ready for use.

START/STOP

– START: When the treadmill is not running, press this button to start. The initial speed will be 0.8 km/h.

– STOP: When the treadmill is running, press this button to stop it. The treadmill will return to the default program settings and manual mode.

PROGRAM

When the treadmill is not running, press this button to cycle through the available programs (P1-P12) and manual mode.

MODE

When the treadmill is not running, press this button to choose a countdown mode:

– H-1: Time countdown mode.

– H-2: Distance countdown mode.

– H-3: Calories countdown mode.

Use the SPEED +/- buttons to adjust the countdown value, then press START.

SPEED +/-

While the treadmill is running, use these buttons to adjust the speed. Each press changes the speed by 0.1 km/h. If you press and hold a button for more than 2 seconds, the speed will adjust automatically up or down.

SPEED QUICK BUTTON

Press the quick speed buttons (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 km/h) to directly adjust the speed to the selected value while the treadmill is running.

The console display provides the following information:

TIME: Displays the running time or countdown time. Range: 0:00 – 99:59 (MIN).

SPEED: Displays the current running speed. Range: 0.8 – 14.0 (km/h).

PULSE: Displays your pulse data when holding the hand pulse sensors. Range: 50 – 200 (BPM).

DISTANCE: Displays the total running distance or distance countdown. Range: 0.00 – 99.9 (KM).

CALORIES: Displays the total calories burned or calories countdown. Range: 0.0 – 999 (C).

SPEED DIAGRAM: Displays a diagram of the running speed.

While the treadmill is running, hold the hand pulse sensors on the handrails for about 5 seconds. The console will then display your pulse data. The pulse data range is 50-200 beats per minute. A heart-shaped graphic will appear when testing your pulse. Please note that this data is for reference only and should not be considered medical data.

The TOORX TRX 30 S EVO has 12 preset programs (P1-P12). Each program is divided into 10 sections. The total time of the program is divided by 16 to determine the duration of each section. The table below shows the speed level for each section of each program.

From the starting state, press the “PROGRAM” button continually until the window displays “FAT”.

1. Press “MODE” to enter your personal data: F1 (Sex), F2 (Age), F3 (Height), F4 (Weight).

2. Use the “SPEED+” and “SPEED-” buttons to set each value.

3. After setting your data, the computer will display F5. Grasp the hand pulse sensors.

4. The window will display your body quality index (FAT).

The body quality index tests the relation between height and weight. The data is for reference only and cannot be used as medical data.

WARNING: Always make sure the treadmill’s power plug is pulled out before cleaning or maintaining the product.

General Cleaning:

Regular cleaning will greatly prolong the treadmill’s life. Keep the treadmill clean by dusting regularly. Be sure to clean the exposed part of the deck on both sides of the walking belt and the side rails to reduce the buildup of foreign material. Ensure your shoes are clean. The top of the belt can be cleaned with a wet, soapy cloth, but be careful to keep liquid away from the inside of the motorized treadmill frame and from underneath the belt.

Motor Cover:

At least once a year, unplug the treadmill, remove the motor cover, and vacuum underneath it to remove any dust or debris.

The walking belt and deck on the TOORX TRX 30 S EVO are equipped with a pre-lubricated, low-maintenance system. However, periodic lubrication is required to maintain function and prolong the life of your treadmill. We recommend lubricating the deck according to the following schedule:

– Light user (less than 3 hours/week): Every 60 days

– Medium user (3-5 hours/week): Every 45 days

– Heavy user (more than 5 hours/week): Every 30 days

Use lubricating oil (silicon oil) specifically designed for treadmills.

First, place the treadmill on a level surface and run it at approximately 6-8 km/h to observe the belt’s condition.

If the belt has drifted to the right:

1. Unplug the safety lock and turn off the power switch.

2. Turn the right adjusting bolt 1/4 turn clockwise.

3. Turn the power back on, insert the safety lock, and run the treadmill to observe the belt’s position.

4. Repeat the steps until the running belt is centered.

If the belt has swerved to the left:

1. Unplug the safety lock and turn off the power.

2. Turn the left adjusting bolt 1/4 turn clockwise.

3. Turn the power back on, insert the safety lock, and run the treadmill to observe the belt’s position.

4. Repeat the steps until the belt is centered.

If the belt becomes loose:

The belt will gradually relax over time. To tighten it:

1. Unplug the safety lock and turn off the power.

2. Turn both the left and right adjusting bolts 1/4 turn clockwise.

3. Turn the power on, insert the safety lock, and run the treadmill.

4. Carefully stand on the belt to confirm the tightness.

5. Repeat the steps until the belt has a moderate tightness.
