1. Remove the two screws from the sides of the top cover.

2. Lift the top cover up and off the unit.

Bottom Plate Removal:

1. Remove the ten screws from the bottom of the unit.

2. Remove the two BVTT3x6 screws securing the bottom plate.

3. Lift the bottom plate off.

Front Panel Removal:

1. Remove all thirteen control knobs by pulling them straight off. For the two knobs with set screws, loosen the screws with a 2 mm L-shaped wrench before removing.

2. Remove the two BVTT3x6 screws from the top edge of the front panel.

3. Remove the four BVTT3x6 screws from the bottom edge of the front panel.

4. Carefully pull the front panel away from the chassis.

Heat Sink Removal:

1. Remove the single BVTT4x6 screw from the top of the heat sink assembly.

2. Remove the two BVTT4x6 screws from the rear of the unit that secure the heat sink.

3. Lift the heat sink (C) assembly out of the unit.
