To navigate the Home Menu, follow these steps:

Change your Motionflow setting to Standard or Off in the Picture Adjustments menu.

Keep the television away from potential sources of electrical noise, such as mobile phones, hair dryers, microwaves, or optical devices.

If you have visual output but no sound, inspect the following:

Check the volume level on the TV and remote control.

Press the MUTING or VOL + button on the remote control to restore audio if it has been muted.

Confirm that the Speakers setting under Sound is set to TV Speakers. If it is set to Audio System, the TV internal speakers will not output sound.

If your remote is unresponsive, perform these troubleshooting steps:

Press a physical button on the side of the TV to verify if the TV itself is functioning.

Open the slide-out back cover of the remote and check the polarity of the batteries, or replace them with fresh ones.

Point the remote control directly at the remote sensor on the front of the TV.

Clear any obstructions between the remote and the front panel sensor.

Note that overhead fluorescent lights can sometimes interfere with remote control signals; try turning them off to test.
