Once level, tighten the top four hex nuts (#35) and place a thread protector (#34) on each anchor bolt.

Secure the Post Pad (#48) to the front of the pole by wrapping the straps around the pole and sticking them to the velcro on the opposite side of the pad. The top Post Pad strap should be above the Post Ears.
