What are the main features and components of the cage kit?
The cage kit features various mounting points and integrated tools. The main components are:
① 1/4″-20 Threaded Hole

How do I install the cage on the camera?
1. Slide the camera body into the cage frame.
2. Secure the camera by tightening the screw on the side of the cage and the 1/4″-20 screw on the bottom of the cage.
3. Tighten the two screws on the top of the cage to fully secure the camera.

Can I replace the camera battery with the cage installed?
Yes, the cage design allows for access to the camera’s battery compartment. You can open the battery door and replace the battery without removing the cage.

How do I install the HDMI Cable Clamp?
1. Align the HDMI cable clamp with the mounting point on the side of the cage.
2. Insert the HDMI cable into the camera’s port.
3. Secure the clamp and the cable by tightening the thumbscrew.
* The package does not include the camera and HDMI cable.
How do I install the XLR Handle Extension Rig?
1. Loosen the two screws on the XLR Handle Extension Rig.
2. Slide the extension rig onto the camera’s original XLR handle until it is securely in place.
3. Use the provided Allen wrench to tighten the two screws to fix the extension rig to the handle.

How do I install the hand strap?
1. Thread one end of the hand strap through the upper strap slot on the side of the cage.
2. Thread the other end of the strap through the strap slot located on the bottom of the cage, near the battery compartment.
3. Loop the strap end back through its plastic buckle to secure it in place. Adjust for a comfortable fit.
