To remove a castor, follow these steps with two people:

Step 1. Disconnect the cabinet from the mains power supply.

Step 2. Remove all product from the shelves, then remove the shelves.

Step 3. Remove the refrigeration cartridge.

Step 4. Remove the sign assembly, if applicable.

Step 5. With two people, lie the cabinet on its back on a non-scratch surface.

Step 6. Remove the 2 x M8 bolts and slide the mounting plate out from under the flange.

When installing the cabinet, ensure you meet the following requirements:

Ventilation: Ensure all ventilation requirements are met.

Surface: The installation surface must be capable of supporting the loaded cabinet.

Door Opening: Allow adequate space for the doors to open and close properly.

Climate Class: The fridge must be installed in an environment within its climate class, as stated on the cabinet rating label inside the fridge.

Sunlight: Do not install the fridge in direct sunlight.

Uneven Surface: Do not install the fridge on an uneven surface.

Power Supply: Do not overload the power supply.

Blocking Ventilation: Do not store boxes or items in front or on top of the fridge.

This cabinet must have the following ventilation clearances at all times:

Top: Minimum 50 mm clearance above the cabinet.

Rear: Minimum 50 mm clearance behind the cabinet. Use the two rear spacers by extending them out and ensuring they are locked into place.

Sides: No side clearance is required.

To fit a door handle, ensure you have a screwdriver and follow this procedure:

Step 1. Place both handle counterbore holes simultaneously onto the door frame mounting holes.

Step 2. Fasten the fixing screws through the handle into the nut bar in the door frame to lock the handle position.

Step 3. Place the end caps over the screw heads to conceal the fasteners.

Caution: Ensure both handles are securely fixed to the door frames before using the fridge.

To move a shelf clip, follow these steps:

Step 1. Unclip the metal lock by pulling it forwards.

Step 2. To move the clip upwards, slide it to the required position. To move the clip downwards, push the tab up and slide it down to the required position.

Step 3. When the clip is at the correct height, push the metal lock in to set the clip.

To reposition a shelf, unload and remove the shelf, move each clip to the required position using the numbers on the shelf support strips to ensure they are at the same height, sit the shelf on the clips, and reload with product.

The setpoint can be adjusted following these steps:

Step 1. Refer to the table below to determine the required set number:

Step 2. Press the set button for more than 3 seconds until the controller displays the code Po (password).

Step 3. Press the set button again to enter password setting mode. The controller will display 00.

Step 4. Press the Power (up) or Defrost (down) button to scroll to 55.

Step 5. Press the set button to confirm the password. The parameter name St (setpoint) will be displayed.

Step 6. Press the set button again. The controller will display the current setpoint default value.

Step 7. Press the Power (up) or Defrost (down) button to increase or decrease the setpoint value.

Step 8. Once the required setpoint is displayed, press the set button for more than 3 seconds to store the new value and exit.

The one-piece door gasket clips into the door frame and runs around the perimeter of the door.

Step 1. Remove the gasket by peeling it from the door frame, starting at a corner.

Step 2. Clip the new gasket into the door frame.

Step 3. If the gasket is out of shape after refitting, use a hair dryer to heat and reshape it.

The door tension can be adjusted by rotating the capstan mounted in the bottom hinge bracket:

Step 1. Remove the split pin from the capstan at the bottom hinge.

Step 2. Remove the tension bracket from the bottom hinge.

Step 3. Use a tool to apply tension to the door via the capstan.

Step 4. Rotate the capstan against the door opening direction to remove slack. Once resistance is felt, continue to rotate 180 degrees to provide tension.

Step 5. While holding tension, fit the tension bracket so that it supports the door tension on the capstan.

Step 6. Fit the split pin through the hole in the capstan to lock the door in place.

Step 7. Check the tension by holding the door open about 100 mm and letting it go; it should close gently and form an airtight seal.

To ensure efficient operation, clean the condenser coil at least once a month:

Step 1. Disconnect the cabinet from the mains power supply.

Step 2. Remove the kick panel from the front of the cabinet.

Step 3. Use a soft brush to remove dust and fluff from the condenser coil. For more comprehensive cleaning, a service technician may use nitrogen blow-out or a PH-neutral chemical clean.

Step 4. Refit the kick panel and reconnect to the power supply.

Warning: Always unplug the cabinet before cleaning the condenser coil.

Check the following if the cabinet is not operating:

Loss of power supply: Check the mains power supply.

Loose plug: Check that all plugs are connected correctly.

Incorrect parameters: Check each parameter individually and ensure they match the latest parameter set.

If the lights are not working, check the following:

Light switched off: Switch the light on via the independent light switch.

Failed LED light: Replace the light module.

Plug not connected: Check and clean the plugs.

Power supply fault: Replace the light’s power supply.

If the product is too warm, check these possible causes and actions:

Door not closing properly: Check and clean the door gasket; ensure the cabinet is on a level surface.

Excessive door opening: Limit door openings.

Setpoint is too high: Lower the setpoint.

Cabinet recently loaded: Allow time for the product to cool down.

Cabinet overstocked: Remove some product and do not allow product to hang over shelves or block load limit labels.

Blocked condenser coil: Clean the condenser coil.

Poor ventilation: Ensure there is good ventilation around the refrigeration cartridge and that the cabinet is within the maximum operating temperature.
