The SATISFYER SWEET TREAT must be fully charged before being used for the first time. To charge the device, use only the enclosed USB charging cable. The cable must dock with both magnetic contacts on the toy’s metal contact points intended for this purpose. The first charge can take up to eight hours.

If the charging cable does not adhere to the contact points by itself, connect it to the electrical supply and wait a moment. This will reactivate the magnetic effect, allowing the contacts to connect automatically. Disconnect the charging cable from the electrical supply after each charge.

The light indicators on the SATISFYER SWEET TREAT communicate the following battery statuses:

Flashing light: The battery is currently charging.

Light on: The battery is fully charged.

To turn the SATISFYER SWEET TREAT on or off, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.

The vibration modes of the SATISFYER SWEET TREAT can be adjusted using the following button presses:

Press the button once (1x) to cycle through vibration modes 1 through 7.

Press the button twice (2x) to change the vibration cycles.

To clean the SATISFYER SWEET TREAT, use a dedicated toy cleaner. It is important to separate the toy from the charging cable and electrical supply during the cleaning process as liquid can damage the electrical supply.

For usage, it is recommended to apply lubricant (lube) to the device for a better experience.

The SATISFYER SWEET TREAT should be stored in a safe place. The storage temperature range for the device is between -5°C and +60°C.

Before using the SATISFYER SWEET TREAT, please observe the following safety guidelines:

Remove any piercings or jewellery in the genital area before use.

Do not use the toy on irritated or damaged skin.

Stop using the toy immediately if you experience pain or feel unwell.

Keep the toy out of the reach of children.

Do not use the product directly over a pacemaker, as magnetic fields can influence electronic components. Contact your doctor for more information if you have a pacemaker.

Keep cards with magnetic stripes (such as credit cards) away from the product to avoid damage from the toy’s magnet.

If the device has been exposed to changing ambient temperatures (e.g., after transport), do not use it until it has adapted to the new temperature to avoid damage from condensation.

Do not put the SATISFYER SWEET TREAT into operation or continue use if it meets any of the following criteria:

1. The device is unusually hot.

2. The device is mechanically damaged or deformed.

3. The device is discoloured.

If the battery is defective and causing uncontrolled exothermic reactions, dispose of the entire product immediately and appropriately.

In accordance with European WEEE Directives, the SATISFYER SWEET TREAT and its electronic parts must not be disposed of via household waste. At the end of its life, the product must be disposed of at a municipal collection point.

You are legally obliged to return rechargeable batteries. Ensure lithium batteries are completely discharged before returning them. It is requested that you cover the contact surfaces marked “+” and “-” with adhesive tape to avoid the risk of fire.
