The ORAVA VL-101 MINI is intended solely for the treatment of temperature and distribution of warm air in enclosed spaces, such as home and similar indoor environments. It is designed for domestic use, which includes:

– in shops, offices and other similar work environments;

– in economic buildings;

– in hotels, motels and other residential environments;

– in bed and breakfast establishments.

Do not use the device to heat rooms with precision devices, food, plants, works of art, or animals, as this may affect their performance, quality, and durability. The device is not intended for professional commercial use.

Please observe the following key safety warnings when using your ORAVA VL-101 MINI:

Hot Surfaces: Some parts of this product may become very hot and may cause burns. Pay special attention when vulnerable people or children are present. At the time of operation, some surfaces of the equipment become very hot. Do not touch the heated surfaces of the device. Use only handles and grips to handle the device.

Overheating: To avoid overheating, do not cover the heater. Do not place any objects on the device, and do not insert or allow foreign bodies to enter the enclosure openings. Do not cover the air vents. Do not use the device to dry textiles, clothing, shoes, or any other items.

Supervision: Always keep the device under supervision during use. Do not leave the device unattended, especially if children, incompetent persons, or animals are nearby. This equipment is not intended to be operated by an external programmer, automatic timer, or remote control, as there is a risk of fire if the device is covered or incorrectly positioned.

Water Hazard: Do not use the device near bathtubs, showers, washbasins, or other containers with water. If the device falls into water, first unplug the power cord from the wall socket and then remove it from the water. Do not touch the device while your hands are wet.

General Use: If you notice any abnormalities (noises, smells, smoke, etc.), turn off the power and unplug it immediately. Never attempt to repair, disassemble or modify the equipment yourself.

Do not use the device in an industrial or outside environment. Do not expose the device to excessive heat, open flame, dripping or splashing water, vibration, excessive mechanical stress, insects, animals, plants, or aggressive and chemical substances.

For safe electrical operation of your ORAVA VL-101 MINI, please follow these guidelines:

• Before first use, ensure the voltage on the device label (1 / N / PE ~ 230 V 50 Hz) matches your household electrical socket.

• Always connect the device to an easily accessible mains socket. The power cord and plug must be accessible for safe disconnection.

• To provide increased safety, it is recommended to install a power supply circuit for sockets with a rated current not exceeding 20 A RCD with a rated operating current not exceeding 30 mA. Consult a qualified electrician.

• The power plug must be compatible with the mains socket. Never use adapters or modify the socket.

• If using an extension cord, ensure the total rated power of all connected devices does not exceed the maximum current load of the extension cable. The extension cord must be plugged into a power socket, not another extension cord.

• Do not pull the power cord by the cable; disconnect by pulling the plug.

• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service department, or a similarly qualified person to avoid risk of electric shock.

• Do not expose the device to water or moisture. If the power cord gets wet, disconnect it from the mains immediately. If plugged in, turn off the power circuit before unplugging.

The ORAVA VL-101 MINI is intended for use by persons without electrotechnical qualification (lay people) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

This device can be used by children under the age of 8 and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience or knowledge only when supervised or instructed to use the device safely and understand the dangers involved.

• Children may not play with the device.

• Cleaning and maintenance by users may not be performed by children unattended.

• Children under 3 years of age must be prevented from accessing the device unless they are under constant supervision.

• Children under 3 years of age and under the age of 8 must not plug, regulate or clean the device or perform user maintenance.

Always keep the device and its power cord out of reach of children during use and operation.

Follow these steps for cleaning and maintenance:

1. Before you start cleaning, let the ORAVA VL-101 MINI cool down, switch it off, and unplug it from the mains.

2. Clean the device with a dry cloth slightly moistened with water. Do not use any harsh detergents or solvents such as alcohol, benzine, or thinner for cleaning.

3. Prevent water from entering the inside of the device. Dry the device completely before putting it into operation or storing it.

Warning! When cleaning, never immerse the device in water or any other liquid!

For maintenance, it is recommended that the user have the device checked and cleaned at least once a year by a specialist workshop to ensure safety and operational reliability.

Unpacking:

Unpack and dispose of all parts, accessories, packaging materials, and labels before operating the device. Store all packaging materials in a safe place or keep them out of reach of children and vulnerable persons to avoid the danger of suffocation.

Inspection:

Before installation and commissioning, check that the equipment is complete and shows no visible signs of damage. Do not use the device if it is incomplete, damaged, or any part of it has been damaged during transport or use. In this case, have the device serviced by a workshop.

Cleaning:

Clean the device according to the cleaning instructions before first use. Never clean the body or power cord in a manner that could cause liquid to flow into the device. Only clean these parts with a damp cloth and wipe or allow to dry. Clean only when turned off and unplugged.

The ORAVA VL-101 MINI is designed for use as a portable wall-mounted heater. Follow these placement rules:

• Only use the device in its upright working position on a flat surface where there is no risk of tipping over.

• Only place the device on flat, firm, and stable surfaces (e.g., ceramic tiles, wood flooring). Do not place it on unstable floor coverings like carpets.

• Do not place or use the device on “soft” surfaces, such as bed mattresses or upholstered sofas.

• Maintain a safe distance of at least 800 mm in the direction of heat radiation, at least 400 mm from the top edge, and at least 200 mm in other directions from flammable objects and substances.

• Do not place or use the device in the immediate vicinity of a bathtub, shower, or swimming pool.

• If used in a bathroom, it must be installed so that switches and controls are not within reach of a person in the bathtub or shower. It must be placed outside the 0-1-2 zone. Consult a qualified electrician.

Warning! The device must not be placed directly below an electrical socket.

1. Plug the ORAVA VL-101 MINI into the required electrical network. By pressing and holding the plug lock button (10), you can rotate the plug (8) by 90° for better positioning.

2. Turn on the device with the main I/O switch (6) to the I (on) position.

3. Turn on the device with the ⏻ button (1).

4. Set the desired temperature using the temperature setting buttons: – button (2) to decrease the temperature and + button (4) to increase it. The setting range is from 15 to 45 °C.

5. When finished, press the ⏻ button (1) again. The device will stop heating, but the fan will continue to operate for 60 seconds. When the fan stops, the product enters standby mode.

6. To completely turn off the device, switch the I/O switch (6) to the O (off) position.

The ORAVA VL-101 MINI has a built-in timer that automatically turns off the device after the set time has elapsed. To set it:

1. Plug the device into the required electrical network.

2. Turn on the device with the I/O switch (6) to position I (on).

3. Turn on the device with the ⏻ button (1).

4. By repeatedly pressing the Timer button (5), set the number of hours (from 1 to 12 hours) the heater will be on until it turns off.

5. Once you have set the desired hour, do not press the timer button again.

6. To cancel the timer setting, turn off the device with the ⏻ button (1).
