To communicate with radios that do not have CTCSS/DCS Codes, you must set the CTCSS/DCS Codes of your radio to " OFF ". OFF = Turn Off CTCSS/DCS Codes. 01 – 155 = Different CTCSS/DCS Codes (when in DCS Codes, Screen will display “d”).

How do I turn on the Channel Scan Function?
Press and hold Button to Turn On the Channel Scan Function. When activity channel is detected, your radio lands (stays) on that channel (for 2 seconds). To transmit on that channel, press the PTT button. When activity on the landed channel ends, your radio continues scanning other channels. To stop scanning, Press and hold Button to exit Scan.
What does the Automatic Power Save function do?
For better battery life, your radio is designed to switch to Power Save mode when there has been no transmissions after 3 seconds. The radio can receive transmissions in this mode.

- The battery has been exhausted. Replace or recharge the battery.
- The battery is installed incorrectly. Remove the battery.
What should I do if the working time shortens, even when the battery is fully charged?
Replace the battery.
What should I do if I am not able to communicate with the radios of the same group?
- Confirm if the CTCSS/DCS in the same frequency.
- Distance is out of the talk range.
What should I do if I can hear the voice of another group?
Change all CTCSS/DCS of the group.
What should I do if other radios can not receive the TX signals or receive signals in a low volume?
- Switch the volume knob to the highest level.
- The microphone may be damaged, send it to local dealer for check.
What should I do if noise is always heard?
The distance is out of the range. Turn on the radio in nearer range and try again.
How do I charge the radio?
- Make sure your radio is OFF.
- Plug the USB charge cable into the radio charging port on bottom of the radio.
- Plug the AC adapter into an AC outlet.
- LED indicator lights Orange: Charging; LED indicator lights Blue: Full Charged.
