How do I assemble the NENO COMO?
To assemble the NENO COMO, follow these steps. Note: This product must be assembled by an adult.
1. Insert two castors into each of the legs. Then, mount the legs to the vertical supports using two screws for each side.
2. Mount the bottom bracket to connect the two vertical supports, using one screw on each side.
3. If you plan to use the product as a co-sleeper, place the shorter part of the securing straps over the plastic element on both sides. Mount the two lower rims (the thinner ones) by inserting them into the plastic elements on the vertical supports. Ensure you hear a “click” to confirm they are correctly mounted. Then, place the plate onto the mounted lower rims.
4. Insert the front and rear upper rims into the fabric, ensuring the front rim is on the side with the lower opening for the playpen function. Pass the fabric under the lower rims and plate assembly. Next, mount the rear upper rim to the plastic elements at the top of the vertical supports, listening for a “click”. Slide the front upper rim up from the bottom into the plastic guide rail; a lock at the bottom of the rail will click into place. Finally, zip up the fabric on both sides.
5. Place the mattress with its cover on the plate inside the cot.
How do I operate the various locks on the NENO COMO?
The NENO COMO features several locks for safety and functionality:
1. Wheel Lock: Press the lock on each wheel down to block movement. Lift the lock up to unblock.
2. Height Adjustment Lock: To adjust the height (7 levels), press the buttons on both vertical supports simultaneously while gently lifting the cot bassinet.
3. Rocking/Bouncing Lock: Press the lock located on the inner side of both vertical supports. An element will extend to fit into a designated slot on the bottom support, locking the rocking function. To unlock, push the element up while holding it from both sides.
4. Side Panel Lock: To lower the side panel, slide the locks on both sides of the panel outwards simultaneously.
How do I convert and use the NENO COMO as a co-sleeper (extra bed)?
To use the NENO COMO as a co-sleeper, ensure the child is not inside the cot during conversion, and follow these steps:
1. Convert from playpen to cot mode by zipping up the zippers located in the middle and bottom of the fabric on both sides.
2. Lower the side panel by sliding the side panel locks outwards and unzipping the side zippers.
3. Adjust the cot’s height so that the mattress of the parents’ bed is at the same level as, or slightly above, the lowered side panel of the cot.
4. Use the securing straps to attach the NENO COMO to the parents’ bed. The shorter part of the straps should have been placed on the plastic element during assembly. Wrap the longer part of the straps around the parents’ mattress or bed frame and fasten the buckle. Adjust the length so the cot is held firmly against the parents’ bed with no gap. Tuck any excess strap under the parents’ mattress.
5. Ensure there is no gap between the cot and the parents’ bed.
6. Lock the wheels and the rocking function.
NOTE: Do not place the child in the cot with the side panel down unless it is securely attached to the parents’ bed. This function cannot be used with waterbeds or round-shaped beds.
How do I use the NENO COMO as a free-standing cot?
To use the NENO COMO as a free-standing cot, ensure the child is not inside during conversion:
1. Convert from playpen to cot mode by zipping the zippers in the middle and bottom of the fabric on both sides.
2. Make sure the side panel is raised and the side zippers are fully zipped up.
3. Adjust the height as needed. In this mode, you can also adjust the angle of inclination, ensuring the child’s head is higher than the rest of the body. The maximum inclination is a difference of two height levels.
4. Lock the wheels and the rocking function.
NOTE: The angle adjustment function is ONLY available in the free-standing cot mode.

To use the NENO COMO as a cradle, ensure the child is not inside during conversion:
1. Convert from playpen to cot mode by zipping up the middle and bottom zippers on both sides of the fabric.
2. Ensure the side panel is raised and the side zippers are zipped up.
3. Adjust the height to your needs. It is suggested to use the lowest height levels for the cradle function.
4. Lock the wheels.
5. Unlock the rocking function by sliding the locking element up on both vertical supports.
6. The cradle function can be controlled from the display panel or the remote control. Adjust the rocking level to the child’s needs and ensure the child is lying in the central part of the cot.
WARNING: The cradle function must be used ONLY under adult supervision. Before starting the rocking function, ensure the rocking lock is disengaged and there are no obstructions nearby that could collide with the product.
How do I use the NENO COMO as a playpen?
To convert the NENO COMO into a playpen, ensure the child is not inside during conversion:
1. Unzip the middle zippers on both sides of the fabric. This lowers the mattress to the playpen position.
2. Ensure the side panel is raised and the side zippers are zipped up.
3. The cot should be set at the highest height level.
4. Lock the wheels and the rocking function.
WARNING: Ensure there are no dangerous items inside the playpen. Do not leave the child unattended if the playpen entrance opening is unzipped.

The intelligent sleep mode should only be used when the NENO COMO is in the free-standing cot mode. To operate it:
1. Turn on the device using the power button (B7). Then, press the intelligent sleep mode button (B5) on the display.
2. A flashing ‘3’ will appear on the rocking level indicator. The mode is now active and in standby.
3. When the device detects the child’s movement, it will automatically start rocking at level 3 for 3 minutes. The set time indicator will count down the 3 minutes.
4. After the 3-minute cycle, the mode will return to standby, waiting to detect the next movement.
5. To turn off the intelligent sleep mode, press the button (B5) again.

You can play music on the NENO COMO using the built-in melodies or via Bluetooth:
Built-in Melodies:
• To play the built-in melodies, press the music button (B6) on the display. Press it again to switch to the next track.
• To adjust the volume, press and hold the music button (B6) for 2-8 seconds.
• To turn the music off, press and hold the music button (B6) for more than 8 seconds.
Bluetooth Connection:
• Connect to the device via Bluetooth on your smartphone. The device name is “PT-BABY”. The unit will make a sound to confirm a successful connection.
NOTE: Before playing music, ensure the volume level is not too high for the child.
