Power not turned on.Turn the power switch to the ON position.
Circuit signal system malfunction.Check the controller input and signal lines.
Running belt does not run smoothly.Insufficient lubrication.Apply methyl silicone oil lubricant.
Treadmill belt slipping.Running belt too tight.Adjust the tightness of the running belt.
Running belt slips. / Loose belt.Adjust the tightness of the running belt.

If you have other questions, contact the local dealer or company’s after-sales service.

What do the display error codes mean?

Fault CodesPossible CausesTroubleshooting Steps
E01Communication abnormality between lower control and electronic board.Check if the communication cable between the lower control and the electronic board is loose or disconnected.
E021. Motor wires are loose or disconnected.
2. Carbon brushes are worn out or not in contact with the rotor.
3. Lower control is damaged.
Inspect the motor wires for looseness or disconnection. If not disconnected, check if the motor brushes are worn out or not in contact with the rotor. If the motor is normal, the lower control may be damaged.
E05Overload protection activated. If there is an overload, exceeding the rated current, turn off the power and restart.
E10Display data reading errorTurn off the power and then on again
E23/E24/E28Controller hardware abnormalityWait 10 minutes after powering off and then powering on again.
Display AbnormalitiesExternal interference.Turn off the power switch, wait for 1 minute, and then power on and restart.

How often should I lubricate the treadmill?

Use the dedicated methyl silicone oil.

Weekly usage less than 3 hours: Lubricate once every 5 months.

Weekly usage between 4-7 hours: Lubricate once every 2 months.

Weekly usage more than 7 hours: Lubricate once every 1 month.

Note: Excessive lubrication is not better.

How do I check if lubrication is needed?

Lift the treadmill belt and touch the center of the belt’s back with your hand. If your hand feels slightly moist from silicone oil, no lubrication is needed. If the running board is dry and your hand gets no silicone oil, lubrication is required.

How do I apply lubricant?

1. Stop the walking treadmill.

2. Lift a small portion of the running belt.

3. Spray methyl silicone oil on the inner side of the belt, close to the center.

4. Run the walking pad at 1.0mph to evenly spread the oil.

5. Lightly step on the belt from left to right for a few minutes to ensure complete absorption.

How do I adjust the running belt tension?

If the belt feels loose or slips during use, it needs adjustment. Using the provided 5# hex wrench, turn the belt adjustment bolts on both sides clockwise synchronously, in half-turn increments. Be careful not to overtighten, as this can increase motor load and cause damage. Adjust until slipping stops but the belt is not excessively tight.

How do I adjust running belt deviation (alignment)?

Deviation can occur due to unstable placement, uneven foot pressure, or uneven force application. Often, running without load for a few minutes restores alignment.

If automatic recovery fails, use the 5# hex wrench for manual adjustment:

If the belt deviates to the LEFT: Adjust the LEFT bolt clockwise OR the RIGHT bolt counterclockwise (in gradual half-turn increments).

If the belt deviates to the RIGHT: Adjust the RIGHT bolt clockwise OR the LEFT bolt counterclockwise (in gradual half-turn increments).

Note: Running belt deviation is not covered by warranty. Prompt maintenance is necessary to prevent damage.
