Inserting the Battery:
1. To insert the battery, slide the pack into the body of the battery holder. Make sure it latches securely into place.
2. Insert the power cable (from inside the pocket) into the power cable port on the battery holder.
3. Push the power cable completely into the battery holder pocket and zip all pockets closed.
Removing the Battery:
To remove the battery, push in the release buttons and pull the battery pack away from the holder.
Always remove the battery pack any time the jacket is not in use.
How do I operate the heating functions of the MILWAUKEE M12 AXIS AHJBLK?
The heated jacket has two heating zones: the primary zone (chest and back area) and the secondary zone (shoulders area).
To Turn On:
Press and hold (about 2 seconds) the power button on the corresponding side of the control panel for the zone you wish to heat. The LEDs on that side will turn on, and the zone will be set to maximum heat.
To Cycle Through Heat Levels:
Press the corresponding power button for the desired zone. Each press will cycle through medium, low, and back to maximum heat.
To Turn Off:
Press and hold (about 2 seconds) the power button on the corresponding side of the control panel. The LEDs for that zone will turn off.

How do I clean and care for my MILWAUKEE M12 AXIS AHJBLK?
WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal injury and damage, disconnect and remove the battery pack and battery holder from the battery holder pocket before washing. Never immerse your battery holder, battery pack, or charger in liquid or allow a liquid to flow inside them.
To clean the heated jacket:
1. Remove the battery pack and holder.
2. Push the power cord completely into the battery holder pocket and fasten it closed. Zip the centre front zipper closed before washing.
3. Hand wash, very mild process at a max 30°C. Do not use bleach. Do not dry clean. Do not wring or twist.
4. Tumble Dry on Low Heat. Do not iron.
General Care:
• Before storing, disconnect and remove the battery pack and battery holder from the pocket.
• Follow Care Instructions on the jacket tags.
• Maintain the heated gear. Check for breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect its operation. If damaged, have the heated gear repaired before use.
• When storing the appliance, allow it to cool down before folding.
What should I do if my MILWAUKEE M12 AXIS AHJBLK turns off unexpectedly?
If the heated jacket turns off unexpectedly, check connections and charge the battery pack. The battery holder is located inside of the pocket.
