It is recommended that you grease the griddle with a small amount of oil when using it for the very first time.
Make sure that sharp objects such as forks do not damage the special coating on the teppanyaki. Small fragments could become loose and your appliance could get irreparably damaged. Always use the wooden spatulas or a heat resistant plastic model.

How do I clean and maintain the LINEA DOMO DO8306TP?
Set the thermostat to minimum (0), remove the plug from the socket and wait until the teppanyaki has cooled down completely.
It is recommended that all food residues be removed with a wooden spatula or a heat-resistant plastic utensil while the appliance is still hot. If the residues dry up, they will be harder to remove.
Do not immerse any part of the teppanyaki plate in water or any other liquid. Should water get on the electrical contacts, dry them off carefully.
Wipe the baking tray clean with a soft cloth or kitchen roll. For the removal of dried food residues, use a soft sponge with hot water and a small amount of dish-washing detergent.
