Water Pressure:

• With the supplied Liebherr water filter installed, the pressure must be between 40-90 psi (2.8-6.2 bar).

• Without the filter, the acceptable pressure range is 22-87 psi (1.5-6 bar).

Supply Line: Use a 1/4″ OD copper line (not supplied) for the connection.

Shut-off Valve: An accessible shut-off valve must be installed between the hose line and the main water supply. Do not install the shut-off valve behind the refrigeration unit.

Solenoid Valve: The valve has a metric R3/4 male connector. A R3/4 (metric) to 1/4″ OD adapter is supplied. You must insert the provided water strainer into the adapter with the cavity facing downwards before mounting it to the solenoid valve.

WARNING: Do not connect the appliance to the electrical outlet before the installation is completed and the water line is connected to the solenoid valve.

1. Move the appliance toward its final position, but leave enough space to work behind it.

2. Insert the water supply line through its intended opening at the back of the appliance.

3. Slowly move the appliance into the recess until the back of the appliance slides into the anti-tipping bracket.

4. At the front of the appliance, in the toe kick area, remove the cover from the valve connector.

5. Connect the water line to the OD adapter.

6. Bleed the air from the water line by temporarily opening the water supply.

7. Screw the OD adapter onto the solenoid valve.

8. Fully open the shut-off valve and check the entire water system for any leaks.

IMPORTANT: After starting up the appliance, the water pipe system must be purged of any air. Refer to the “Bleeding the Ice Maker” chapter in the operating instructions for details.

1. Front Leveling: Adjust the height of the appliance at the front by twisting the leveling feet (labeled ①). Use the provided open-ended spanner. Turn the spanner counterclockwise to raise the appliance and clockwise to lower it.

2. Rear Leveling: Adjust the height at the rear by turning the adjusting bolts (labeled ②). Use a 1/4″ box spanner or the provided Torx 25 wrench.

3. Final Check: Rotate the front leveling feet until they are firmly in contact with the floor.

WARNING: To prevent the appliance from tipping forward, the leveling feet must have firm contact with the floor.

1. Secure the appliance in the recess by fastening it through the premounted securing plates located on the left and right sides of the appliance housing.

2. Use screws (4 x 16 mm) for this purpose.

3. After fastening, click the supplied covers into place over the screws and plates.

IMPORTANT: Under normal conditions, the factory adjustment of the refrigerator door should not be changed. This adjustment should only be made if you expect to have heavy loading on the door.

To adjust the lateral tilt of the door:

1. Loosen the screws (labeled ①) on the door hinge.

2. Use an Allen key (A/F 2.5) to turn the grub screw (labeled ②) to make the adjustment.

If required, the front of the freezer drawers can be adjusted for alignment.

1. On the left and right sides of the freezer drawer, transfer the mounting screws individually to the long adjustment slots located below the standard holes.

2. Once the drawer front is in the correct position, tighten the screws firmly.

1. Pull out the bottom freezer drawer to access the toe kick area.

2. Remove the blue protective film from the supplied dust filter and insert the filter into its opening in the toe kick area. Engage the filter at the bottom, press down the button, and click it into place.

3. Take the two grille supports from the accessory pack and remove the locking pins from them.

4. Insert the supports into the left and right sides of the motor compartment.

5. Adjust the supports so that their front edge is flush with the front of the ventilation grille.

6. Insert the locking pins to block the supports in place.

7. Install the ventilation grille. The bolts on the inside of the grille must be inserted into the holes of the supports.

8. To adjust the height of the grille, loosen the grub screws at the front (using an Allen key A/F 2.5), set the grille to the desired height, and then tighten the grub screws.

Before you begin mounting your custom panels, you need to remove the attachment hardware from the appliance doors.

• Refrigerator Door: Remove the cover (labeled ①) and unscrew the upper and lower attachment brackets (labeled ②). These brackets will be mounted onto your custom refrigerator panel. IMPORTANT: Keep the nuts, as they are needed to fit the premounted panel onto the refrigerator door.

• Freezer Drawers: Unscrew the attachment brackets from both freezer drawers. These will be mounted onto your custom freezer panels. IMPORTANT: Keep the screws, as they are needed to fit the premounted panels onto the freezer drawers.

1. On the back of your custom refrigerator door panel, mark a horizontal line at 41″ (1041 mm) from the bottom edge and another line at 4-1/4″ (107.5 mm) from the bottom edge.

2. Take one of the brackets you removed from the refrigerator door and align it to the 41″ line. Fasten the bracket with a minimum of 6 screws (4 x 16 mm), using any of the available holes in the bracket.

3. Align the second refrigerator door bracket to the 4-1/4″ line and fasten it in the same manner.

4. Fasten the brackets you removed from the freezer drawers onto your custom freezer drawer panels. Use three screws (4 x 16 mm) for each bracket. When positioning the bracket, ensure there is a 1/8″ (3 mm) gap at the bottom edge of the panel as shown in the diagram (Figure 34c).

1. Turn in the adjusting bolts on the bottom of the refrigerator door as far as they will go.

2. Open the refrigerator door and hang the custom panel (with its attached brackets) onto the top adjusting bolts.

3. Screw on the hex nuts to the top adjusting bolts and finger-tighten them for now.

4. Close the door to check the panel’s height. To adjust vertically, loosen the hex nuts and turn the adjusting bolts.

5. Align the panel horizontally by sliding it along the elongated holes in the attachment bracket.

6. Once horizontally aligned, securely tighten the top hex nuts.

7. Turn the bottom adjusting bolts until they make firm contact with the lower attachment bracket.

8. Screw on the hex nuts for the bottom bolts and tighten them securely.

9. For final fine-tuning, you can loosen the three screws on the top and bottom attachment brackets, align the panel perfectly, and then retighten the screws.

10. Click the hinge cover (labeled ①) into place. Insert the provided cover strip (labeled ②) into the gap between the appliance door and the custom panel.

CAUTION: Do not overtighten the screws. Do not use a power driver.

1. Pull out the upper freezer drawer. Screw the custom panel (with its attached brackets) onto the drawer front using three 3.5 x 13 mm screws on both the left and right sides.

2. Close the drawer and check its position relative to the surrounding cabinets. If needed, align the panel vertically by loosening the screws on both sides, adjusting the panel, and then retightening the screws.

3. Repeat the process for the lower freezer drawer and panel.

4. Finally, cover the gap between the two drawer panels using the supplied adhesive strips. Remove the protective foil from the strip and stick it on the top edge of the lower appliance drawer, making sure the flexible gasket is fully inserted into the gap.
