Before charging the LELO MIA, ensure the USB plug is free from water or lubricant residue. Follow these steps to charge the device:

Step 1. Gently remove the protective lipstick cap on your LELO MIA.

Step 2. Gently insert the USB plug into a matching socket on a USB extension cord or directly into a USB socket on a computer.

Step 3. Observe the LED indicator. The LED will pulse to indicate the device is charging. Once fully charged, which takes approximately 1 hour, the LED will emit a steady glow.

If the battery is running low, the LED indicator will emit a red glow to prompt you to charge the device. Only use original chargers provided by LELO.

Operational functions for the LELO MIA are controlled using the +/- buttons on the interface. When a button is pressed, the LED indicates the interface is active. Use the following steps for operation:

1. Activation: Hold down the + button to activate the device. Continue pressing it to increase vibration speed until you reach your required intensity.

2. Decreasing Intensity: Press the – button to decrease the vibration intensity.

3. Powering Off: Hold down the – button. The vibration intensity will decrease until the device is completely off.

To prevent accidental activation while transporting the LELO MIA, you should lock the buttons:

To lock: Hold down both the + and – buttons simultaneously for five seconds. The LED will light up and then go dark to indicate the device is locked.

To unlock: Hold down both buttons simultaneously for five seconds until the LED lights up. Alternatively, connecting the charger will automatically unlock the device.

The LELO MIA features four programmed stimulation modes. When first turned on, the device is in continuous vibration mode. To access the other modes, follow these steps:

Step 1. Hold down the + button until the vibration intensity reaches its maximum level.

Step 2. Release the button, then hold down the + button again for 2 seconds. The device will enter the second stimulation mode.

Step 3. To cycle between modes 2, 3, and 4, press the + button.

Step 4. To return to the continuous vibration mode, press the – button.

Proper maintenance will increase the lifespan of your LELO MIA. Follow these guidelines:

Lubricant use: Only use water-based lubricants. Do not use silicone-based lubricants as they can make the silicone permanently tacky. Never use massage oil or hand cream as lubricants.

Cleaning: Always clean the device thoroughly before and after each use. Wash with warm water and antibacterial soap, rinse with clean hot water, and pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel.

Cautions: Avoid submerging the USB socket or getting water inside it. Never use cleansers containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone.

Storage: Avoid leaving the device in direct sunlight and never expose it to extreme heat. Store it in a dust-free place away from toys made of other materials.

If you encounter issues with your LELO MIA, refer to the following solutions:

LED does not pulse when connected to a computer: The battery may be fully charged. If the battery is completely drained, it may require several minutes to acknowledge the connection. Check that the device is properly connected to the USB port or extension cord.

Device does not activate when the plus button is pressed: The battery may be empty and require recharging. Alternatively, the buttons may be locked; hold down both buttons for 5 seconds to unlock.

Device cannot be switched off: This may indicate a temporary microprocessor malfunction. Connect the device to a computer to return functions to normal.
