The box for the LASER WLC-W3PTF-675 contains:

A compatible 18W or higher USB-C wall charger is required for optimal charging performance with the LASER WLC-W3PTF-675.

The indicator lights on the LASER WLC-W3PTF-675 have the following meanings:

Steady blue – devices are charging

Flashing blue – device is not positioned properly or there is a foreign object on the charging surface

To operate your LASER WLC-W3PTF-675, follow these steps:

1. As shown, place the charging pad flat or folded on a level surface.

2. Plug the charging cable into the USB-C port on the centre pad. Connect the other end to a wall charger. It is recommended to use an 18W or higher Power Delivery or GaN wall charger. The two blue indicators next to the USB-C port will light up for 3 seconds.

3. Place your mobile phone or earphones on either side pad. The indicator will turn blue when charging begins.

4. Position your Apple watch on the central pad to charge. Alternatively, lift the centre charging pad to hang your Apple watch.

5. If the indicator flashes blue, adjust your device’s position or remove any foreign objects from the charging surface until the indicator stays solid blue.

• The centre wireless charging pad is exclusively compatible with Apple Watch and will not charge other wireless charging watches.

• Avoid overcharging devices. Disconnect them when they reach 100% charge to maintain long-term battery health.

• Don’t expose the charger to direct sunlight or temperatures above 45°C to prevent overheating.

• Check your devices regularly while charging to catch any issues that may arise.

• Keep charging pads clean with a dry microfibre cloth to ensure optimal charging efficiency by removing dirt and debris.

• Keep this away from kids – it’s not a toy.

• Don’t leave devices charging alone for too long to avoid overheating.

• Avoid charging wet or damp devices to prevent electric shock or short-circuiting.

• Keep credit cards, security badges, passports or any magnetic strips away from the charger when it is in use.

If you are experiencing slow or intermittent charging with your LASER WLC-W3PTF-675, try the following steps:

• Check for any obstructions or cards/metal on the back of the device.

• Reposition the device to the centre of the charging pads.

• Phone cases should be less than 5mm thick.

• Use a power adaptor that matches the input and output ratings listed in the specifications.

If your device is not charging, please try these troubleshooting steps:

• Restart your device.

• Use a different cable between the adaptor and wireless charger.

• Verify if your phone supports wireless charging and try another phone.

It’s normal for the charging coil to generate some heat during use. If it gets too hot, remove the device until it cools down. You should also use a power adaptor that matches the input and output ratings listed in the specifications.
