How do I charge the LASER EPS-PBTW earbuds and case?
Fully charge the earbuds and the case before first use with the supplied cable. We recommend using a standard 5V USB wall charger, laptop, or PC.
The charging case display indicates the battery level. The last digit will flash while charging.
Insert earbuds snugly into the case charging slots; magnets will pull them into place. The earbud LED stays red during charging, then turns off when complete.
Earbuds will sound an alert when the battery is low.
Can I charge other devices using the LASER EPS-PBTW case?
Yes. You can connect the included cable or your own to the USB-A port on the charging case to charge other devices.
How do I pair the LASER EPS-PBTW earbuds with my device?
1. Take the earbuds out of the case; they will power on and sync with each other. Place them in your ears.
2. On your connecting device, go to Settings, turn on Bluetooth and search for nearby devices.
3. Select EPS-PBTW to pair with your device. The earbuds will confirm the connection with a voice prompt. From now on, any audio played on your device will be transmitted through the TWS earbuds.
What should I do if EPS-PBTW does not appear on my connecting device?
If EPS-PBTW does not appear on the connecting device, retry the setup process starting from step 2 (searching for nearby devices).
Do the LASER EPS-PBTW earbuds turn off automatically?
Yes, your earbuds auto-turn off after 5 minutes of no connection. Place them in the charging case and restart from step 1 of the setup process if needed.
Can I pair the LASER EPS-PBTW with multiple devices?
The earbuds can be paired with multiple devices, but can only play music from 1 paired device at a time.
What are the control functions for the LASER EPS-PBTW earbuds?

• Excessive volume can harm your hearing.
• Be cautious when using the device while walking, driving, or cycling to prevent accidents.
• Caution: This product contains magnets that may interfere with pacemakers or other medical devices. Keep it away from individuals with such devices, and consult your doctor before use.
• Store out of reach of children and supervised individuals to prevent accidental ingestion.
• Clean using a soft, dry cloth.
• Avoid exposing the headphones to damp, dusty or prolonged hot/sunny conditions.
• Extreme temperatures (below 0°C or above 45°C) may deform the device and diminish battery capacity and lifespan.
• Follow local laws for proper disposal and battery recycling; avoid putting it in kerbside bins.
How do I troubleshoot if sound is only coming from one LASER EPS-PBTW earbud?
Ensure both earbuds are charged.
Reset synchronisation by placing both earbuds back in the charging case, then take them out and wait until they sync. (If not synchronised, both earbuds flash red and white; when synced, only one earbud flashes.)
What should I do if the LASER EPS-PBTW won’t connect to other devices?
Check that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
Confirm no other device is paired with the earbuds.
Keep the earbuds near the device during connection, staying within 10m range.
