• Use the product only as described in this user guide.

• Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the product under any circumstances. Doing so may cause damage or pose a safety hazard.

• Avoid exposing the product to extreme temperatures. Do not store below 0°C or above 45°C.

• Keep the product away from children’s and animals’ eyes. The indicator may be harmful if used too closely.

• Do not use the earphones during thunderstorms. Doing so may cause malfunctions or increase the risk of electric shock.

• Use only chargers provided or approved by Kogan.com.

• Do not use harsh chemicals, solvents, or strong detergents to clean the product.

• Do not use the earphones for extended periods without breaks. Prolonged use at high volume levels may damage your hearing.

• Set listening durations appropriately and keep volume at safe levels to protect your hearing.

• Fully charge the earphones before first use.

• If left unused for more than 2 weeks, recharge the product before use.

• The power delivered by the power adaptor must be between 2W – 5W to achieve the maximum charging speed.

If the earphones are not detected by your phone, enable pairing mode again or restore to factory settings. If your phone experiences a software issue, restart the Bluetooth connection or reboot the phone.

1. Remove the isolation film from both earphones and place them in the charging case then close lid to activate them.

2. Open the lid and remove both earphones. The earphones will power on.

3. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, select ‘Kogan KM6 Earphones’ from the list of devices and tap to connect.

1. Power on the earphones. They will automatically enter pairing mode. Connect them to Device A, then turn off Bluetooth on Device A.

2. On Device B, enable Bluetooth and search for ‘Kogan KM6 Earphones’ and tap to connect.

3. On Device A, turn Bluetooth back on and tap ‘Kogan KM6 Earphones’ to complete the multi-point connection.

1. Open the charging case and place both earphones into their respective slots.

2. Ensure each earbud is properly aligned and seated on the charging contacts.

3. The indicator on each earbud will glow solid red while charging.

4. Once fully charged, the indicator will turn white for 10 seconds and then turn off.

1. Connect the supplied USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the bottom of the charging case.

2. Plug the other end into a USB power source such as a computer or power adapter (not supplied).

3. The indicator on the case will flash white while charging.

4. Once fully charged, the indicator will remain solid white.

• When the battery level is high, the indicator will turn solid white for 4 seconds.

• When the battery level is low, the indicator will flash white for 4 seconds.

1. Insert the earphones into your ears and adjust them for a secure and comfortable fit.

2. Ensure the microphone is positioned facing your mouth.

Note: Incorrect wearing may result in poor sound quality during calls or music playback.

1. Place both earphones into the charging case, open the lid and press both touch panels 5 times to reset them to back to the factory settings.

2. The indicator will flash white 5 times.

3. After resetting, pick up both earphones. They will automatically pair with each other.

4. The headphones can now be paired with your phone or smart device.
