INSTALL THE MONITOR ON A FLAT, STABLE SURFACE: The monitor may cause injury if it falls or is dropped.

OPERATE UNDER THE SPECIFIED POWER SUPPLY: Use only the specified power supply. An incorrect voltage can cause malfunction, fire, or electric shock.

PROTECT THE CABLES: Do not pull or bend the power and signal cables. Do not place heavy objects on the cables. Damaged cables can cause fire or electric shock.

ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS: It’s advisable not to operate the monitor during a heavy thunderstorm. Also, avoid touching the plug during these conditions to prevent electric shock.

CAUTION

INSTALLATION LOCATION: Do not install the monitor where sudden temperature changes may occur, or in humid, dusty, or smoky areas. Avoid direct sunlight.

DO NOT PLACE THE MONITOR IN A HAZARDOUS POSITION: The monitor may topple and cause injury if not suitably located. Ensure no heavy objects are on the monitor and that cables are routed safely.

MAINTAIN GOOD VENTILATION: Place the monitor at least 10cm (4 inches) from any walls to allow air circulation. Covering the ventilation slots can cause overheating and fire.

DISCONNECT THE CABLES WHEN YOU MOVE THE MONITOR: Turn off the power, unplug the monitor, and disconnect the signal cable before moving it to prevent fire or electric shock.

UNPLUG THE MONITOR: If the monitor is not in use for a long period, it is recommended to leave it unplugged.

HOLD THE PLUG WHEN DISCONNECTING: Always pull by the plug, not the cable, when disconnecting the power or signal cable.

DO NOT TOUCH THE PLUG WITH WET HANDS: Pulling or inserting the plug with wet hands may cause electric shock.

PROTECT YOUR HANDS AND FINGERS: Be careful not to hurt your fingers or hands when changing the height or angle. Injury can occur if care is not taken to avoid finger contact with the display’s base when adjusting the height.

To eliminate eye fatigue, do not operate the monitor against a bright background or in a dark room. For optimal viewing comfort, the monitor should be just below eye level and 40-60 cm (16-24 inches) away from your eyes. When using the monitor for a prolonged time, a ten-minute break every hour is recommended as looking at the screen continuously can cause eye strain.

The following symptoms are normal with LCD monitors and do not indicate a problem:

When you first turn on the monitor, the picture may not fit in the display area due to the computer type. In this case, adjust the picture position to the correct position.

You may find slightly uneven brightness on the screen depending on the desktop pattern you use.

Due to the nature of the LCD screen, an afterimage of the previous screen may remain after switching the image, especially when the same image is displayed for hours. The screen can recover slowly by changing the image or turning off the Power Switch for a few hours.

For safety, turn off the power switch and unplug the monitor before cleaning. If any materials or liquids like water enter the monitor during cleaning, unplug the power cable immediately and contact your dealer.

NOTE:

To protect the LCD panel, do not scratch or rub the screen with a hard object.

Never use strong solvents like Thinner, Benzine, Abrasive cleaner, Wax, Acid, or Alkaline solvent, as they will damage the cabinet and the LCD screen.

Touching the cabinet with any product made from rubber or plastic for a long time may cause degeneration or loss of paint.

CABINET: Stains can be removed with a cloth lightly moistened with a mild detergent solvent. Then wipe the cabinet with a soft dry cloth.

LCD SCREEN: Periodic cleaning with a soft dry cloth is recommended. Do not use tissue paper, etc., as it will damage the LCD screen.

Note: An approved power cable greater or equal to H05VVF, 3G, 0.75mm² must be used.

CAUTION: Put the monitor on a stable surface. Do not give a strong impact to the monitor. Unplug the monitor before installation to avoid electric shock or damage.

Installation Steps:

1. Put a piece of soft cloth on a table to prevent scratching. Lay the monitor flat on the cloth with the front face down.

2. Install the Stand-Neck to the monitor and then tighten the ‘thumb screw’ with the provided screwdriver to secure it.

3. Install the Stand-Base to the Stand-Neck and then tighten the ‘thumb screw’ to secure it.

Removal Steps:

1. Put a piece of soft cloth on a table to prevent scratching. Lay the monitor flat on the cloth with the front face down.

2. Loosen the ‘thumb screw’ to remove the Stand-Base from the Stand-Neck.

3. Loosen the ‘thumb screw’ with the provided screwdriver to remove the Stand-Neck from the monitor.

Front Controls:

1. Power Indicator: Blue for normal operation, Orange for standby mode.

2. Power Switch (power icon): Turns the monitor on or off.

3. Menu Button (MENU): Accesses the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu.

4. Up / Right / Volume (▶ / volume icon): Navigates menus, increases volume.

5. Down / Left / Eco (◀ / Eco icon): Navigates menus, activates Eco mode.

6. Input / Exit Button (INPUT/EXIT): Selects input source, exits menus.

1. Ensure that both the computer and the monitor are switched off.

2. Connect the computer to the monitor with the signal cable (HDMI or DisplayPort).

3. Connect the computer to the monitor with the USB Cable for USB hub functionality.

4. Connect the Power Cable to the monitor first and then to the power source.

5. Turn on your monitor and computer.

To bundle the cables, put them through the cable hole on the stand.

1. Ensure that both the computer and the monitor are switched off.

2. Disconnect the power source first and then the Power Cable from the monitor.

3. Disconnect the USB cable from the computer and the monitor.

4. Disconnect the signal cable from the computer and the monitor.

For optimal viewing, position yourself directly opposite the full face of the monitor. Hold the panel so that the monitor does not topple when you change its height or angle.

Height Adjustment: You can adjust the monitor’s height up to 150mm.

Swivel Angle: You can adjust the angle up to 45° right and left.

Tilt Angle: You can adjust the angle 23° upward and 5° downward.

Rotation: The monitor can be rotated 90 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise into portrait mode. Adjust the monitor’s height before rotating the panel to avoid damage.

NOTE: Do not touch the LCD screen when you change the height or angle. Be careful not to pinch your fingers or hands in the moving parts of the stand.

1. Press the MENU Button to start the On-Screen Display. Use the ◀ / ▶ Buttons to switch between additional menu items.

2. Select the Menu item for the adjustment you want to make. Press the MENU Button. Then, use the ◀ / ▶ Buttons to highlight the desired adjustment icon.

3. Press the MENU Button again. Use the ◀ / ▶ Buttons to make the appropriate adjustment or setting.

4. Press the INPUT/EXIT Button to leave the menu. The settings you just made will be automatically saved.

NOTE: Any changes are automatically saved in the memory when the On-Screen Display disappears. Turning off the power should be avoided while using the Menu.

The following table describes the main adjustment menu options available in the OSD:

OSD Lock: To lock or unlock the OSD function, hold the MENU button and turn on the monitor when the monitor is power-off.

Power/OSD Lock: To lock or unlock both the Power and OSD functions, press and hold the MENU button for 5 seconds when the Menu is not displayed.

The availability of certain settings depends on which other settings are activated. The table below shows which features are available (✓) or not available (—) when a specific item is activated.

When the video signal from the computer is off, the monitor enters Standby Mode. This reduces power consumption to less than 0.5W (when USB devices are not connected). The screen becomes dark, and the power indicator turns from blue to orange. To exit Standby Mode, touch the keyboard or mouse, and the image will reappear in several seconds.

If the monitor fails to operate correctly, please follow these troubleshooting steps:

Problem: The picture does not appear.

If the power indicator does not light up:

Check that the Power Cable is firmly seated in the socket.

Ensure the Power Switch is turned ON.

Verify the AC socket is live by checking with another piece of equipment.

If the power indicator is blue:

If the blank screen saver is active, touch the keyboard or the mouse.

Increase the Contrast and/or Brightness.

Ensure the computer is ON.

Check that the Signal Cable is properly connected.

Confirm the signal timing of the computer is within the monitor’s specification.

If the power indicator is orange:

If the monitor is in standby mode, touch the keyboard or the mouse.

Ensure the computer is ON.

Check that the Signal Cable is properly connected.

Confirm the signal timing of the computer is within the monitor’s specification.

Problem: The screen is not synchronized.

Check that the Signal Cable is properly connected.

Confirm the signal timing of the computer is within the monitor’s specification.

Problem: The screen position is not in the center.

Confirm the signal timing of the computer is within the monitor’s specification.

Problem: The screen is too bright or too dark.

Check that the video output level of the computer is within the specification of the monitor.

Problem: The screen is shaking.

Check that the power voltage is within the specification of the monitor.

Confirm the signal timing of the computer is within the monitor’s specification.

Problem: No sound.

Ensure the audio equipment (computer etc.) is ON.

Check that the Audio Cable is properly connected.

Turn the Volume up.

Ensure Mute is OFF.

Check that the audio output level of the audio equipment is within the specification of the monitor.

Problem: The sound is too loud or too quiet.

Check that the audio output level of the audio equipment is within the specification of the monitor.

Problem: A strange noise is heard.

Check that the Audio Cable is properly connected.
