The package for the HANWHA VISION SBP-140CMT includes the Tile Grid Ceiling Mount and four packs of screws (4EA).

When installing the HANWHA VISION SBP-140CMT, please adhere to the following precautions:

• The maximum load capacity for the mount is 2.5 kg (5.51 lb).

• Use only the provided screws to install the Mount and the camera.

• If you need to move the location of the mount on the T-bar, you must remove the product completely and then reinstall it in the new position.

The HANWHA VISION SBP-140CMT mount is compatible with both ‘Tegular type’ and ‘Lay-in type’ ceiling tiles. For Tegular type tiles, the maximum edge thickness is 12 mm (0.47 in).

The HANWHA VISION SBP-140CMT can be adjusted to accommodate various camera mounting hole diameters. The supported size configurations are:

• Ø99 (mm)

• Ø110–120 (mm)

• Ø125 (mm)

• Ø140–160 (mm) (This configuration requires the use of four extender brackets, indicated by “4x” in the diagram).

To configure the mount, adjust the sliding brackets to align with the holes corresponding to your camera’s size.

The HANWHA VISION SBP-140CMT is adjustable for T-Bar widths of 15 mm, 25 mm, and 38 mm. Adjust the clamping brackets to the correct position for your T-bar width as shown in the mounting diagrams.

For a 38 mm T-bar, the two outer clips need to be rotated outwards. For 15 mm and 25 mm T-bars, the clips are adjusted inwards to the appropriate slot.

Once adjusted, use a TR20 screwdriver to tighten the two screws to a maximum torque of 0.7N.m (7kgfcm) to secure the mount to the T-bar.

Please follow these steps to install the HANWHA VISION SBP-140CMT:

1. Lift a ceiling tile to gain access to the T-bar grid.

2. Place the mount over the T-bar.

3. Ensure the mount’s clamps hook securely underneath the T-bar. It is incorrect for the clamps to simply rest on top of the T-bar.

4. Adjust the mount for your specific T-bar width (15/25 mm or 38 mm) as per the instructions and tighten the two TR20 screws to a maximum torque of 0.7N.m.

5. Attach the camera’s mounting plate to the SBP-140CMT.

6. Secure the camera to its mounting plate using four TR20 screws, then attach the camera’s dome cover.

7. Carefully lower the ceiling tile back into its original position.
