When replacing the fuse, ensure the new fuse is the correct type and amperage. Using an incorrect fuse could damage the radio. The unit uses one 10 amp ATC fuse located beside the wiring connector.
What is the function of the blue wire?
The blue wire is for remote turn-on, and it connects to an amplifier or power antenna. Insulate the wire if not used.
What is the function of the black wire?
The black wire is the ground, which should be connected to the vehicle chassis ground.

Select the desired band and station. Press and hold the desired preset button (1-6) for more than two seconds. The preset number will appear in the display when stored.

You can change the mode, station, song, volume, and settings directly from your smartphone.

Download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
How do you use voice activation?
Bluetooth should be paired between your smartphone and the receiver. Press the voice activation button, and the receiver will switch into Bluetooth mode. This will activate Siri® or Google Assistant™ on your smartphone. You will need to manually switch back to the previous or desired mode once this operation is terminated.
How do you use the front 3.5mm aux input?
Connect an optional audio source into the 3.5mm input on the front panel. Select auxiliary input from the Main Menu to listen to audio. Adjust volume on the external audio source as needed.
What should you check if the unit will not turn on?

“NO FILE” indicates that no playable MP3 files were found on the USB device. Check the device for valid MP3 files.
What does “NO SUPPORT” on the display mean?
“NO SUPPORT” means an invalid ID3 tag version is present. The unit supports version 1.0 to 2.0 ID3 tags.

My XDM27BT has no reception. It will not pick up local stations or otherwise.
As per page 3, there is a spot on the back of the radio that you connect the antenna wire that is built into the car, if the antenna connector has come out, you will get poor or no signal at all. If you can pull the radio out just a few inches and just check if the antenna is connected to it.
