To charge the case, connect one Type C end of the provided cable into the charging case’s charge port, and connect the other Type C end into a power source.

• The charging process is indicated by the white LED light on the side panel.

• When the charging case is fully charged, the white light stays on.

Place the earbuds in the charging case. The earbuds will begin charging automatically.

1. Take both earbuds from the charging case. They will power on automatically and enter pairing mode. You will hear a voice prompt indicating the battery level (“BATTERY HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW”).

2. If they cannot connect to a previous device within 5-10 seconds, the earbuds will flash red and blue, and you will hear “PAIRING” from both earbuds.

3. Turn on the Bluetooth function of your device and select “DEWALT TWS PRO” from the list.

4. If prompted, enter the password “0000”. For devices with Bluetooth 3.0 or higher, a password is not required.

5. Once successfully connected, the blue LED will stay on for 1 second, and you will hear “CONNECTED”.

Take either the left or right earbud from the charging case. The earpiece will power on automatically. Search for “DEWALT TWS PRO” in your device’s Bluetooth settings and tap to connect. Once the pairing is successful, you will hear “CONNECTED” and the indicator light will turn off.

If you want to pair the earbuds with another Bluetooth device, first make sure the Bluetooth function is turned off on any previously paired devices. Then, follow the steps for first-time pairing. Note that the earbuds can pair with a maximum of 2 devices. If you have difficulty pairing a new device, remove a pairing connection from an existing device.

Turn on the Bluetooth function of your device. Take both earbuds from the charging case, and they will power on and reconnect automatically to the last connected device. If that device is not available, they will search for and reconnect to the next most recently connected device. If no devices are connected, the earbuds will automatically turn off after 2 minutes.

To turn earbuds ON:

• If the earbuds are in the charging case: Simply remove them from the case, and they will automatically power on.

• If the earbuds are not in the charging case and are off: Press either multi-function button for 2 seconds.

To turn earbuds OFF:

• Place the earbuds back in the charging case and close the cover.

• Alternatively, press and hold the multi-function button on either earbud for 5 seconds.

• To play music: Press the multi-function button once (on either the left or right earbud) or simply put the earbuds on.

• To pause music: Press the multi-function button once (on either the left or right earbud) or take the earbuds off.

• To skip to the next song: Double-click the multi-function button on the right earbud.

• To go to the previous song: Double-click the multi-function button on the left earbud.

• Answer/Hang up a call: Press the multi-function button once on either the left or right earbud.

• Reject an incoming call: Press and hold the multi-function button on either earbud for 1 second.

• Switch caller during a call: Press the multi-function button on either earbud twice.

Volume is adjusted using the dial control on each earbud.

• To increase volume: Turn the dial on the RIGHT earbud forward (clockwise) OR turn the dial on the LEFT earbud forward (counterclockwise).

• To decrease volume: Turn the dial on the RIGHT earbud backward (counterclockwise) OR turn the dial on the LEFT earbud backward (clockwise).

EQ MODE:

Long press the left multi-function button to toggle through the EQ settings (Music, Podcast, Movie, Super Bass). The default setting is Music mode. The EQ mode switch is not available in single earbud mono mode.

ANC MODE:

Long press the right multi-function button to toggle through the ANC settings (Transparency mode, Noise Cancellation ON, Noise Cancellation OFF). The default setting is Noise Cancellation OFF. The ANC mode switch is not available in single earbud mono mode.

When music is not playing, press the multi-function button on either the left or right earbud three times.

When the charging case is open, the LED indicators will display the battery level of the case. When earbuds are placed into the case for charging, the first and fourth LEDs will stay on for 5 seconds.

While the case itself is charging (with the earbuds inside), the white LEDs will indicate the current charge status.

1. If your earbuds were previously paired, first “Forget this device” or ‘Unpair’ (DEWALT TWS PRO) in your Bluetooth device’s “paired devices” list.

2. Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.

3. Press the reset button on the case twice, or press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds. This will disconnect the earbuds from any paired devices and reset them to factory settings.

4. To pair again immediately, go to your device’s Bluetooth settings and select “DEWALT TWS PRO”.

1. The best storage place is one that is cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and excess heat or cold.

2. For long-term storage, it is recommended to store the earbuds in a cool, dry place for optimal results.

For best life, store earbuds in a cool, dry location. Do not store or use the earbuds in locations where the temperature may reach or exceed 105° F (40° C), such as outside sheds or metal buildings in summer.

• The battery is not fully charged out of the carton. Read safety instructions before use.

• DO NOT incinerate the battery module, even if severely damaged or worn out, as it can explode in a fire.

• DO NOT charge or use the battery in explosive environments (e.g., in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust).

• DO NOT modify the battery to fit a non-compatible charger, as it may rupture and cause serious injury.

• DO NOT splash or immerse in water or other liquids.

• Fire Hazard: Never attempt to open the battery pack. If the pack is cracked or damaged, do not insert the charging cable. Do not crush, drop, or damage the battery. Do not use the earbuds if they have received a sharp blow, been dropped, or damaged in any way.

• If battery contents contact the skin, wash the area immediately with mild soap and water.

• If battery liquid gets into the eye, rinse the open eye with water for 15 minutes or until irritation ceases. Seek medical attention if needed.

• These earbuds and case are dust and water resistant (IP54), tested under controlled laboratory conditions. This resistance is not a permanent condition and may decrease with normal wear. Do not attempt to charge wet earbuds. To dry them, tap gently against your hand to remove excess liquid and then leave them in a dry area with some airflow. Liquid damage is not covered under warranty.
