Hi,we have a BTC-5 trail camera, several years old, but has been working fine until a couple of nights ago, is taking daylight pictures but then says “Bad file” and no nighttime photos? Have tried resetting! New batteries, and delete all. I’m Avery silver surfer and not very tech savvy but if you could suggest anything? Thanks, Margaret. Ps we view the pictures via TV, as I only have an I-pad
