Please read the instruction manual carefully. Failure to follow the recommendations may result in injury, damage to the appliance, and loss of warranty rights.

The manual should be kept for the entire service life of the appliance. If the appliance is sold, the manual should be passed on to the new owner.

This appliance is a vertical refrigerated display cabinet with a glass door, designed for cooling, displaying, and storing food and beverages. This appliance is intended for commercial use.

The manufacturer guarantees reliable operation of the appliance in an ambient temperature of +16 to +32 °C and at a relative humidity of up to 65 percent.

WARNING: Do not cover the ventilation openings at the top and sides of the cooler.

WARNING: Do not place electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.

WARNING: Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.

WARNING: Do not place multiple portable socket-outlets or portable power supplies at the rear of the appliance.

WARNING: When positioning the appliance, ensure the supply cord is not trapped or damaged.

WARNING: Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.

WARNING: This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.

C-pentane is the blowing agent in the insulation foam and is a flammable gas.

In case of damage to the cooling circuit:

Do not use an open flame.

Do not use any sparking devices – do not switch on electrical equipment and lighting.

Immediately ventilate the room.

Ventilate the room where the appliance is located for several minutes. For products with isobutane/R600a, the room must be at least 4 m³.

The appliance must be connected to an earthed socket. The socket must be in an accessible location.

To avoid personal injury or property damage, a damaged power cord must be immediately replaced with a new cord of the same type as recommended by the manufacturer.

Do not use adapter plugs, multiple sockets, or two-wire extension cords.

The frequency and power of the electricity in your home should correspond to the parameters on the appliance’s rating plate.

Be careful not to pinch the power cord when positioning the cooler. Do not place heavy objects such as the cooler itself, furniture, or other household appliances on the power cord as this may damage it, which could lead to a short circuit and fire.

Ensure that the power cord plug is not pinched by the rear wall of the cooler or damaged in any other way. A damaged plug can be a cause of fire.

After disconnecting the appliance from the mains (for cleaning, moving to another location, etc.), you can switch it on again after at least 15 minutes.

The appliance is not designed to store explosive substances, such as aerosol cans containing a flammable propellant. It is forbidden to store gasoline or other flammable liquids in the appliance.

Do not place switched-on electrical appliances on the unit, such as microwave ovens, hair dryers, irons, electric kettles, etc.

Do not place dishes with liquids, flowers in vases, or other containers filled with liquid on the appliance.

Transport:

The cooler must be transported only in a vertical position. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage resulting from transporting the device without observing the transport conditions.

Installation:

Place the cooler in a dry and well-ventilated room.

Place the cooler away from heat sources such as stoves, radiators, and direct sunlight. The cooler must not come into contact with heating, gas, or water installations, and should not be placed next to electrical appliances.

Do not cover the ventilation opening at the top of the cooler. Good air circulation must be ensured around the appliance. A clearance of at least 10 cm should be left between the top of the cooler cabinet and any furniture above it.

If the appliance is placed in a corner, a clearance of at least 1 cm must be left between the appliance casing and the walls.

The cooler should stand on a level surface. If necessary, adjust the height of the cooler using the feet: turning the feet clockwise raises the front of the cooler, while turning them counter-clockwise lowers it. A cooler door positioned with a slight backward tilt will close automatically.

It is recommended to prepare the appliance for operation with the help of a second person.

1. Remove the packaging. Take the cooler off the polystyrene pallet. Open the door by tearing the adhesive tapes. Then, please remove the spacer located above the door.

2. When setting up, moving, or lifting the appliance, do not hold the door handles, pull the condenser at the back of the refrigerator, or touch the compressor unit.

3. Remove the plug with the power cord from the water tray located above the compressor (this is the transport position of the cord). When the appliance is running, the power cord must not be in the water tray.

4. Before switching on the appliance, remove all packaging and transport materials.

5. After positioning the unit, wait about 30 minutes before connecting it to the mains.

6. If the appliance was tilted by more than 30° during transport, leave it in an upright position for at least 4 hours before connecting it to the mains. Otherwise, the cooler compressor may be damaged.

Based on the diagrams provided for the ADN 203C BP and similar models, the main parts are:

4. Fan (Note: On the ADN 203C BP model, the fan runs continuously and does not turn off when the door is opened.)

5. Thermometer (Note: The ADN 203C BP model does not have a thermometer.)

The temperature in the cooler chamber is regulated by turning the thermostat knob (part 2) one way or the other. Turning it clockwise will lower the temperature. The temperature value is indicated by numbers on the thermostat knob.

The temperature can be regulated in five positions:

0 = compressor off. NOTE! Voltage is not disconnected.

1 = highest temperature (minimum cooling)

5 = lowest temperature (maximum cooling)

The temperature in the cooler chamber may change due to the ambient temperature, the amount of food products, their temperature, and the frequency of opening the cooler door.

In a cold room, the cooler chills to a lesser extent, which may cause the temperature in the cooler to rise. The thermostat knob should be set to a lower temperature.

The cooler should be cleaned regularly. Remember to switch off the cooler from the mains by pulling the plug from the socket before defrosting and cleaning the rear of the cabinet.

Interior Cleaning:

Protect the interior surfaces and plastic parts from fats, acids, and sauces. In case of spills, wash the surface immediately with warm water and soap or washing-up liquid. Then wipe dry.

Clean the door seal regularly. Wipe it dry.

Regularly clean the water drain hole using the special cleaner provided.

Exterior Cleaning:

At least once a year, remove dust from the rear of the cabinet and the compressor. A soft brush, electrostatic cloths, or a vacuum cleaner can be used for dusting.

Do not use cleaning agents containing abrasive materials, acids, alcohol, or benzene for cleaning the interior and exterior of the cooler. Do not use cloths or sponges with a scouring layer.

The outer glass door surface should be cleaned with detergents intended for washing glass.

If the appliance is switched off for a longer period, the door should be left open.

Yes, the door opening direction can be changed. It is recommended that this activity is performed with an assistant. To perform this operation, you will need two flat wrenches (No. 8 and No. 10) and a Phillips screwdriver.

During the door reversal process, the appliance must not be placed in a horizontal position.

WARNING! Switch off the appliance and remove the plug from the electrical socket before proceeding.

Follow the steps in the sequence shown in figure 4 of the manual.

If the cooler, when plugged into the mains, does not work and the voltage indicator is not lit, check that the electrical installation in your home is working. Also, check that the power cord is correctly plugged into the socket.

If the appliance is working too loudly, check the following:

Check that the cooler is stable and standing on a level surface. Adjust the front feet to level the appliance.

Check that the cooler is not touching furniture or that parts of the cooling system at the rear of the cabinet are not touching the wall. Move the cooler away from furniture or the wall.

Check that the noise is not caused by bottles, cans, or containers inside the cooler, or that items are not touching each other.

Water at the bottom of the cooler chamber:

Check if the defrost water drain hole is blocked. Clean the drain hole using the supplied cleaner.

Water collects under the cooler:

The water collection tray has slipped off the compressor. Place the tray on the compressor.

Check if the door is properly closed. Ensure that when removing and inserting products, the door was not open for longer than necessary. Also, check if a large number of warm food products have been placed in the cooler.

If condensation (dew) collects on the surface of the cooler, it indicates that the relative humidity of the air in the room exceeds 65 percent. Ventilate the room where the cooler is standing and, if possible, remove the cause of the humidity.

This appliance is marked in accordance with the European Directive 2002/96/EC and the Polish Act on waste electrical and electronic equipment with the symbol of a crossed-out waste container. This marking informs that this equipment, after its period of use, cannot be placed together with other waste from the household.

The user is obliged to hand it over to the persons conducting the collection of used electrical and electronic equipment. The collectors, including local collection points, shops, and municipal units, create an appropriate system for returning this equipment.
