Please check if Interruptions/Do not disturb mode is activated on your device. If it is activated, you will see a specific icon (star or circle with a line through it) displayed on the notification panel. To deactivate this mode, press the volume up or down key and modify the setting in the pop-up, or go to Settings > Sound & notification > Do not disturb.
