What are the important safety safeguards for the ZOJIRUSHI SF-GR35?
Keep the bottle out of reach of infants and small children to prevent risks of scalding or injury.
Always clean the bottle thoroughly after use to prevent malfunctions like rusting, perforation, or spoiled contents.
Always close the stopper tightly to prevent beverages from spilling and ensure the spout is closed after pouring.
Do not use the bottle if it loses its heat retention properties, as the outside may become very hot when containing hot liquids.
Consume beverages within the same day to prevent spoiling, which can cause gas buildup that may burst the stopper or damage the cup.
Do not place cans, bottles, or other items inside the main body, as they may deform or damage the product.
Do not remove the sticker on the bottom of the main body, as doing so may cause malfunctions such as rusting or perforation.
Do not drink out of the bottle while driving to avoid scalds, stains, or serious accidents due to distraction.
Do not heat the product in a microwave, as it may cause sparks, deformation, or discoloration.
Do not carry the product by the cup or stopper to avoid the danger of dropping it.
Do not disassemble the main body.
Do not place the product near heat sources such as gas stoves, ovens, or heaters.
How much beverage should I put in the ZOJIRUSHI SF-GR35?
Leave approximately 1cm (1/2-inch) of room on top when filling the bottle. Filling past this level may cause contents to overflow when placing the stopper, or the spout may become difficult to open. Beverages may also become caught in the stopper and leak out.
How should I handle hot beverages in my ZOJIRUSHI SF-GR35?
Tilt the product slowly when pouring hot beverages, as pouring too quickly may cause scalds.
Do not shake the bottle when it contains hot liquids.
Be careful not to scald yourself; while the outside of the main body will not feel hot due to vacuum insulation, the beverage inside remains very hot for many hours.
Always use the cup when drinking hot beverages. Never drink directly out of the bottle.
If the stopper becomes difficult to remove when filled with hot beverages, press the button to open the spout to release internal pressure before attempting to remove the stopper.
When filling with hot beverages, steam may burst out when the stopper button is pressed. To prevent this, close the stopper while keeping the spout open and wait about 20 seconds before closing the spout.
What types of beverages should I avoid putting in the ZOJIRUSHI SF-GR35?
Dry ice and carbonated drinks: These can cause pressure to build up, making the spout difficult to open or causing the stopper or cup to burst.
Liquids containing salt, such as soup: Even though the liner is stainless steel and nonstick coated, salt may cause rust resulting in loss of thermal insulation.
Dairy products and fruit juice: If left for long periods, these may spoil and produce gas that could cause the stopper to burst.
Fruit pulp and tea leaves: These may become caught in the stopper and cause the bottle to leak.
Do not leave a tea bag inside and close the stopper, as the bag may swell and cause contents to leak or splatter.
How do I clean and take care of the ZOJIRUSHI SF-GR35?
Outside Main Body: Wash with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid using a soft sponge. Rinse, shake a few times, and wipe dry. Remove carrying straps before washing.

Do not use a dishwasher or dish dryer.
Do not boil the product to sanitize it.
How do I remove stains or rust spots from my ZOJIRUSHI SF-GR35?
To remove rust spots or water stains caused by impurities in the water: Fill the bottle with hot water mixed with 10% vinegar and let it stand for 30 minutes to an hour without attaching the stopper, then wash the interior thoroughly.
To remove coffee and tea stains: Use Zojirushi cleaning detergent (SB-ZA01/SB-ZA01E, sold separately). Always remove the stopper when using this cleaning detergent.
How can I prevent leaks after pouring from the ZOJIRUSHI SF-GR35?
After pouring, stand the bottle upright and wait 2 to 3 seconds before closing the spout. This allows any remaining liquid to flow back into the bottle.
