Make sure that all the product packaging has been removed. Clean the parts which will come into contact with the food before using the ZELMER ZHB4550 for the first time, as outlined in the cleaning section.

To use the ZELMER ZHB4550, follow these steps:

1. Unwind the cable fully before plugging it in.

2. Connect the appliance to the mains.

3. Turn on the appliance using the on/off button.

4. Select the desired function of the appliance.

5. Select the desired speed.

6. Start mixing the food you wish to process.

Once you have finished using the ZELMER ZHB4550, follow these steps:

1. Stop the appliance by releasing the pressure on the on/off button.

2. Disconnect the appliance from the mains.

3. Put the cable back in the cable box.

4. Clean the appliance.

The blender accessory can be used to make sauces, soups, mayonnaise, milk shakes, baby food, etc. Connect the rod to the body of the motor and turn it in the direction indicated by the arrow. Place the food to be prepared in the recipient and turn on the ZELMER ZHB4550. We suggest cutting the food into cubes no more than 15 mm in size. Do not use the appliance for more than one minute at a time. In the event of operating in cycles, allow the appliance to rest for a period of at least one minute between each cycle.

The whisk accessory can be used for whisking cream, egg whites, etc. Connect the whisk to the whisk mechanism unit of the motor by turning it in the direction indicated by the arrow. Place the food in a large recipient and turn on the ZELMER ZHB4550. To achieve the best results, turn the whisk to the right. To release the whisk from the mechanism’s mount, pull the whisk.

The chopping accessory can be used to chop up vegetables, meat, etc. Place the food to be prepared into the recipient with the blades inside and close the lid tight. We suggest cutting the food into appropriate forms and sizes (e.g., cut meat into 2 cm x 2 cm x 6 cm strips or cut onions into 4 to 6 discs). Place the adaptor into the motor unit by turning it in the direction indicated by the arrow. Attach the unit to the cover and turn on the ZELMER ZHB4550. Be careful not to turn on the appliance if the whole unit has not been properly installed and connected. Turn off the appliance when the food has reached the desired texture, then remove the unit from the lid and release the adaptor.
