Before using the XMUSIC XWH300 headphones, please read the entire user manual carefully and follow these safety conditions:

1. The range of operation of wireless Bluetooth technology is about 10m; however, it may vary depending on the environment (walls, metal objects, devices).

2. Use the device according to its intended purpose described in the user manual. Do not interfere with or change the design of the device as this may be dangerous.

3. This device emits electromagnetic energy. Avoid contact with other electronic devices, as this may affect their correct operation.

4. Do not use the device near people with a pacemaker or other electronic implants.

5. Do not use the device in hospitals as it may interfere with the operation of medical devices.

6. Do not immerse the device in water or other liquids. Do not expose the device to moisture.

7. Do not expose the device to excessively high or low temperatures: below 0°C or above 40°C.

8. Do not use the device in dusty rooms and do not store it near or on hot surfaces.

9. To avoid damage to your hearing, never operate the device at a high volume level for a prolonged period of time. Make sure that the device with a fixed high volume will not be used by children, whose hearing is particularly vulnerable to damage.

10. Do not use the device in wireless mode onboard an aircraft, or follow the instructions of the crew regarding the use of the product in this mode.

11. The device does not guarantee it will establish a connection to all Bluetooth devices. All devices must comply with the Bluetooth standard, and their technical specifications should allow you to connect to other devices.

12. Do not expose the device to severe shocks.

13. If you experience discomfort while using the device, please immediately stop using it.

14. Take special care when using headphones while performing any activity as they impair your ability to hear.

15. The product should be stored in a place inaccessible to children.

16. Do not use the device if any of its components are damaged.

17. Any repairs should be ordered from the manufacturer, an authorized service, or a person with appropriate qualifications.

18. Avoid exposing the product to rain, moisture or other liquids.

19. Do not use the device during bathing, showering or training water sports such as swimming, surfing, etc.

20. Use the headphones gently. The maximum button tolerance is 245 g. Excessive force or impact can damage the buttons.

21. If the headphones are not used for a long time, turn them off and store them in a dry place, protecting them from extreme temperatures and dust.

The controls and ports on the XMUSIC XWH300 headphones are as follows:

• Microphone

• ANC Switch

• BT connection indicator LED

• Aux port, Line-in

• USB-C charging port

• Volume down/previous song button

• Volume up/next song button

• Multi-function button

Before using it for the first time, we recommend that you fully charge the headphones’ battery. During use, the headphones will play a voice message to notify you about a low battery level.

1. Connect the headphones to a power source (e.g., laptop or charger) using a USB cable. Make sure that the charger meets the technical requirements specified in the “TECHNICAL DATA” section (5V 1A).

2. A red LED indicates that charging is in progress.

3. After about 4 hours, when the battery reaches full charge, the LED will turn blue, which will be a signal that the charging is complete.

CAUTION! DO NOT USE HEADPHONES WHILE CHARGING THE BATTERY.

Battery deterioration during the life of the device is a natural phenomenon. To keep the battery in good condition and extend its service life, please follow these guidelines:

1. Do not start the device if the battery is discharged.

2. Charge the battery according to the voltage and charging current data on the rating plate.

3. Before a longer storage period, charge the battery to 50% and recharge it every 3-4 months. If it is not possible to determine a specific charge level in the product, discharge the device, then charge it for half the time required to fully charge it. Leaving a discharged battery for a prolonged period may result in its damage or loss of its properties.

4. When using the device regularly, avoid full discharge of the battery and always charge it to the full.

5. Once the battery is charged, disconnect the charger plug from the charging socket on the device.

6. Do not leave the device unattended while charging.

7. Using chargers and cables other than those recommended in the device manual may lead to damage to the product and even an explosion of the battery.

8. Charge in a dry, well-ventilated place that is not exposed to direct sunlight.

Press and hold the multifunction button for approximately 3 seconds until the LED indicator starts flashing blue. The headphones will emit a corresponding sound to indicate they are on. To turn them off, follow the same procedure until the red indicator goes out.

The ANC mode is activated by sliding the ANC switch to “ON” and deactivated by sliding it to “OFF”.

CAUTION! THE ANC FUNCTION DOES NOT WORK WHEN LISTENING TO MUSIC USING THE AUX CABLE. THE FUNCTION KEY OF THE HEADPHONES ALSO DOES NOT WORK WHEN USED WITH THE AUX CABLE CONNECTED.

1. After starting, the headphones will automatically start searching for nearby devices.

2. Turn on the BT function in your phone or other device.

3. Search for BT devices and select “XWH300”. If the pairing is successful, the LED flashes blue and the headphones emit a short acoustic signal.

4. After correct pairing with the device, it will be the default connection each time you start the headphones.

If the pairing fails, turn off the headphones and then turn them back on to attempt pairing again.

To reset the paired device, press and hold both the “+” and “-” buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.

Make sure that the headphones are turned off before connecting the 3.5mm cable.

1. Insert the 3.5mm audio cable into the 3.5mm headphone port.

2. Connect the other end of the 3.5mm cable to your MP3 player, mobile phone, or other compatible device to play music.

• Answer a call: With an incoming call, a short press of the multifunction button allows you to answer the call.

• End a call: Once the call is complete, press the multifunction button to end it.

• Reject a call: To reject an incoming call, press and hold the multi-function button for about 3 seconds.

• Redial last number: To select the last dialled number again, press the multi-function button twice.

CAUTION! WHEN THE PHONE RINGS OR YOU ANSWER THE CALL, THE MUSIC WILL AUTOMATICALLY PAUSE AND ENTER STANDBY MODE. AFTER THE CONNECTION IS COMPLETE, THE HEADPHONES WILL RESUME PLAYING MUSIC.
