Before using the XMUSIC XWS500B headphones, please read the entire user manual carefully. The following safety conditions should be observed:

1. Use the device according to its intended purpose described in the operating manual. One shall not interfere with or change the design of the device as this may damage the device and void the warranty.

2. This device emits electromagnetic energy. Contact with other electronic devices should be avoided, as this may affect their operation.

3. Do not use the device near people with a pacemaker or other electronic implants.

4. Do not use the device in hospitals as it may interfere with the operation of medical devices.

5. Do not immerse the device in water and other liquids. One shall not expose the device to moisture.

6. The device shall not be exposed to temperatures below 0°C and above 40°C.

7. Do not use the device in dusty rooms.

8. Do not store the device near or on hot surfaces.

9. To avoid damage to your hearing, do not use the device at a high volume level for a prolonged period of time. Make sure that the device with a fixed high volume will not be used by children whose hearing is particularly vulnerable to damage.

10. Do not expose the device to severe shocks.

11. If you experience discomfort while using the device, please immediately stop using it.

12. Take special care when using the headset while performing any activity as they impair your ability to hear.

13. The product should be stored in a place inaccessible to children.

14. Do not use the device if any of its components are damaged.

15. Any repairs should be ordered from the manufacturer, an authorized service or a person with appropriate qualifications.

16. Do not use the device during bathing, showering or training water sports such as swimming, surfing, etc.

17. Use the headset gently. Excessive force or impact can damage the buttons.

18. If the headset is not used for a long time, turn it off and store it in a dry place, protecting it from extreme temperatures and dust.

1. Turning on:

Hold down the function button for about 5 seconds to turn the device on. The LED will flash alternately in blue and red to indicate that the headset has entered pairing mode.

2. Bluetooth activation:

Activate the Bluetooth function on your device and search for “XWS500”. Click “XWS500” to connect. Complete the pairing of the device according to the instructions displayed on your phone screen.

CAUTION! THE RANGE OF OPERATION OF THE WIRELESS BT TECHNOLOGY IS SOME 10M, BUT IT MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE SURROUNDINGS (WALLS, METAL OBJECTS, OTHER DEVICES). MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE OR OTHER DEVICE HAS BUILT-IN BLUETOOTH FUNCTION.

The XMUSIC XWS500B headphones can automatically connect to the last device they were paired with. The headset will disconnect when you leave the Bluetooth range. The headset will automatically reconnect if you return to the range within 3 minutes.

To switch off the device, hold down the function button for about 5 seconds.

Press the multifunction button once to answer or end a call.

Before using it for the first time, it is recommended that you fully charge the headset battery. During use, the headset will play an acoustic signal to notify you about a low battery level.

1. Connect the headset to a power source (e.g. laptop or charger) using a USB cable. Make sure that the charger meets the technical requirements specified in the “TECHNICAL DATA” section.

2. A red LED indicates that charging is in progress.

3. Once the battery reaches full charge, the LED will turn blue, which will be a signal that the charging is complete.

CAUTION! DO NOT USE THE HEADSET WHILE CHARGING THE BATTERY.

Battery deterioration during the life of the device is a natural phenomenon. To keep the battery in good condition and extend its service life, please follow these guidelines:

1. Do not start the device if the battery is discharged.

2. Charge the battery according to the voltage and charging current data on the rating plate.

3. Before a longer storage period, charge the battery to 50% and recharge it every 3-4 months. If it is not possible to determine a specific charge level in the product, discharge the device, then charge it for half the time required to fully charge it. Leaving a discharged battery for a prolonged period of time may result in its damage or loss of its properties.

4. When using the device regularly, avoid full discharge of the battery and always charge it to the full.

5. Once the battery is charged, disconnect the charger plug from the charging socket on the device.

6. Do not leave the device unattended while charging.

7. Using chargers and cables other than those recommended in the device manual may lead to damage to the product and even an explosion of the battery.

8. Charge in a dry, well-ventilated place that is not exposed to direct sunlight.

Do not dispose of the device marked with this symbol together with household waste. For disposal, return the device to your local waste treatment and disposal facility or contact your local authorities.

DISPOSAL OF USED BATTERIES

In accordance with the EU Directive 2006/66/EC, this product is marked with the symbol of a crossed-out waste bin. The symbol indicates that the batteries or rechargeable batteries used in this product should not be disposed of together with normal household waste. Users of batteries and rechargeable batteries must use the available collection network for these elements, which allows them to be returned, recycled, and disposed of.
