Please follow these safety instructions when installing and using your VACZON VZA01W109ABN-BLE ceiling fan:

1. WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury, mount directly to a structural framing member or to an outlet box marked acceptable for fan support of 15.9kg (35 lbs). For outlet box mounting, use mounting screws provided with the outlet box.

2. To avoid possible electrical shock, before installing or servicing your fan, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breakers to the outlet box and associated wall switch location. If you cannot lock the circuit breakers in the off position, securely fasten a prominent warning device, such as a tag, to the service panel.

3. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this fan must be installed with an isolating wall control/switch.

4. WARNING: To reduce the risk of personal injury, do not bend the blade brackets when installing the blade brackets, balancing the blades, or cleaning the fan. Do not insert foreign objects in between rotating fan blades.

5. Read all instructions and safety information before installing your new fan. Review the accompanying assembly diagrams.

6. Make sure all electrical connections comply with local law and the national electrical code. Hire a qualified electrician if you are unfamiliar with installing electrical wiring.

7. Ensure the installation site allows at least seven feet of clearance from the floor to the fan blades’ tips.

8. If mounting on a ceiling outlet box, use a metal outlet box rated for fan support (at least 35lbs) and secure it directly to the building structure.

9. After installing, make sure all connections are secure to prevent the fan from falling.

10. Do not insert anything between fan blades while the fan is operating.

11. Turn the fan off and wait for it to stop completely before reversing the fan’s direction.

12. WARNING: Do not install the fan on a sloped ceiling and do not use this fan with any solid-state fan speed control device or rheostat.

13. All wiring must be in accordance with national and local electrical codes ANSI/NFPA70.

14. After making wire connections, spread the wires apart with the grounded conductor and the equipment-grounding conductor on one side of the outlet box and the ungrounded conductor on the other side. Push the splices carefully up into the outlet box.

15. To reduce the risk of electric shock, disconnect the electrical supply circuit to the fan before installing the light kit.

The following tools are needed for installation but are not included in the package:

• Ladder

• Phillips Screwdriver

• Wire Stripper

• Drill

Before installing your fan, check the following room dimensions and ceiling angle:

• Room Dimensions: There must be at least 7 feet of clearance from the bottom edge of the fan blades to the floor. There must be at least 30 inches of clearance from the blade tip to the nearest wall or obstruction.

• Ceiling Angle: Make sure your room ceiling angle is less than 15 degrees.

WARNING: To avoid possible electrical shock, before installing your ceiling fan, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit breakers to the outlet box associated with the wall switch location.

Choose one of the following options based on your ceiling type:

• Option 1: Concrete ceiling: Use the 2 provided mounting screws and washers when securing to an existing ceiling fan-rated outlet box. Make sure it is securely installed and is acceptable for fan support of 15.9kg (35 lbs) or less.

• Option 2: Wood ceiling: Use the 4 provided wood screws when securing to a support structure with an approved electrical outlet box. Drill 4 pilot holes in the support structure to aid in securing the ceiling bracket.

WARNING: FAN FALL HAZARD. ALWAYS tighten the setscrew with a screwdriver. DO NOT hand tighten the setscrew. CHECK that the setscrew is tight using a screwdriver each time you change fan direction.

Step 1. Remove the pre-installed setscrews and downrod pin from the motor assembly yoke.

Step 2. Insert the canopy, canopy cover, and coupling cover onto the downrod. Pass all the wires to one side of the horizontal bar in the downrod to prevent excessive wire tangling.

Step 3. Carefully slide the downrod into the yoke of the motor assembly. Align the holes in the downrod with the holes in the yoke. Carefully reinstall the downrod pin and clip.

Step 4. Tighten the setscrew with a screwdriver.

Step 5. Slide the coupling cover down over the yoke.

The downrod ball is pre-installed on the 6-inch downrod. To move it to the 10-inch downrod, follow these steps:

a. Loosen and remove the two screws on the downrod ball from the 6-inch downrod.

b. Lift the downrod upwards, then remove the horizontal bar, and detach the downrod ball from the 6-inch downrod.

c. Install the downrod ball onto the 10-inch downrod and securely insert the horizontal bar in its designated position.

d. Insert the first perforated long screw tightly, and then insert the second short screw tightly.

Step 1: Hanging the Fan Body

Place the downrod ball into the ceiling bracket. Make sure the downrod ball slot matches the inner lock on the bracket. Rotate the downrod until it is secured in place.

Step 2: Wiring the Fan

WIRING MUST BE UP TO CODE. All wiring must be in accordance with national and local electrical codes. If you are unfamiliar with wiring or in doubt, consult a qualified electrician.

a. Connect the wires (white to white, black to black) from the ceiling to the controller using wire nuts.

b. Connect the 4 grounding wires (green wires) coming from the ceiling, downrod, controller, and ceiling bracket together using a wire nut.

c. Insert the motor wires and light wires into the controller.

d. Slide the controller into the space between the mounting bracket and the top of the downrod. Use the canopy to tuck away any excess wires.

Step 3: Installing the Canopy

Install the canopy to the screws of the mounting bracket, tighten the screws, and then slide the canopy cover up to conceal the screws.

Insert the fan blade into the fan-motor assembly. Attach the blade to the fan blade bracket of the fan-motor assembly using the blade screws and washers provided. Tighten them firmly. Repeat for all 5 blades.

Step 1. Remove the 3 screws from the ceiling fan body’s mounting plate. Place the screws aside for later use.

Step 2. Connect the wires from the ceiling fan body with the wires from the light kit. Attach the light kit to the ceiling fan body using the 3 screws you removed in step 1 and tighten them firmly.

Rotate the light shade clockwise to securely fasten it into place on the light kit.

• Fan Diameter: 52 inches (1320mm)

• Canopy Diameter: 6.5 inches (165mm)

• Motor Housing Diameter: 8.5 inches (215mm)

• Height from Ceiling to bottom of Motor: 11.5 inches (292mm)

• Height from Ceiling to bottom of Light Shade: 15 inches (382mm)

• Downrod Diameter and Length: 1.04 inches diameter x 6 inches or 10 inches length (Ø26.5mm x 150mm or 250mm)

The remote control has the following functions:

• Power Switch (ON/OFF): Press to turn the power ON/OFF. Within 5 seconds after power on, hold this button to match the code.

• Light Switch & CCT Setting (K ON/OFF): Press to turn the light ON/OFF. Hold for 2 seconds to change the Color Correlated Temperature (CCT) to 3000K/4000K/6500K.

• Fan Speed Setting: Press the fan icon with upward arrows to increase fan speed (levels 1 to 6). Press the fan icon with downward arrows to decrease fan speed (levels 6 to 1).

• Fan CCT Setting: Press the “+” light icon to increase light brightness (dimmer +). Press the “-” light icon to decrease light brightness (dimmer -).

• Forward and Reverse (REV): Press to change the airflow direction. Within 5 seconds after power on, hold this button to clear the code.

• Timer Settings (1H/2H/4H/8H): Press once for the fan to auto-off after 1hr. Press twice for auto-off after 2hr. Press 3 times for auto-off after 4hr. Press 4 times for auto-off after 8hr.

• Indicators: The LED indicator, Speed setting Indicator, and Time setting Indicator will light up to show the current settings.

Within 5 seconds of turning the power on to the fan, press and hold the Power Switch (ON/OFF) key. When you hear a buzzing sound, the code match is successful. If it does not work, please repeat the steps.

1. Use the two holes on the holder as a guide to drill two corresponding holes in a flat wall.

2. Insert the two provided expansion screws into the holes and make them level with the flat wall.

3. Align the two holes on the holder with the two holes on the wall. Insert the two screws into the holes and tighten them using a screwdriver.

4. Store your remote control in the holder.

NOTE: Before first use, open the battery cover to remove the insulation spacer.

To replace the battery:

1. Remove the screw from the battery cover on the remote control using a Phillips head screwdriver.

2. Pull up and remove the battery cover.

3. Remove the old battery and replace it with a new CR2032, 3V lithium battery, ensuring correct polarity.

4. Reinstall the battery cover with the screw removed earlier.

WARNING INGESTION HAZARD: This product contains a button cell or coin battery.

• KEEP new and used batteries OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

• DEATH or serious injury can occur if ingested. A swallowed button cell or coin battery can cause Internal Chemical Burns in as little as 2 hours.

• Seek immediate medical attention if a battery is suspected to be swallowed or inserted inside any part of the body.

• Remove and immediately recycle or dispose of used batteries according to local regulations and keep away from children. Do NOT dispose of batteries in household trash or incinerate.

• The compatible battery type is CR2032, 3V. Ensure batteries are installed correctly with regard to polarity (+ and -).

• Always completely secure the battery compartment. If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product, remove the batteries, and keep them away from children.

Setup Instructions:

Step 1. Scan the QR code in the manual, or search for “FanLamp Pro” in the App Store or Google Play to download the app.

Step 2. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.

Step 3. Open the app, add a device, name the fan light, and choose the room for your fan.

Step 4. Pair the code with the app. Click the “Pairing Button” in the app within 5 seconds of when the light turns on. If the light flicks or you hear a beep, it means the fan and app have successfully paired. The APP control distance is within 65ft (20m).

APP Button Functions:

• Pairing Button: Used to pair the fan with the app.

• Adjust Fan Speed: Use the slider to adjust fan speed from 0 to 6.

• Adjust Light Brightness: Use the slider to adjust light brightness from 0% to 100%.

• Adjust Light CCT: Use the slider to adjust the light’s color temperature.

• Timer Setting Mode: Set a timer for the fan/light.

• Natural Wind Mode: Simulates a natural breeze.

• Sleep Wind Mode: A gentle mode suitable for sleeping.

• Reverse Rotation: Makes the fan rotate in reverse to distribute warm air.

• Forward Rotation: The standard forward fan rotation.

• White light / Natural light / Yellow light: Pre-set color temperature buttons.

• Night light: Sets light to 10% brightness.

• Power Switch: Turns the entire unit on or off.

• Light Switch: Turns the light on or off.

• Fan Switch: Turns the fan on or off.

• Shut off the main power supply before you begin any maintenance task.

• DO NOT use water or a damp cloth to clean the fan.

• Cleaning products may damage the finishes.

Clean the motor housing and blades with a soft brush or lint-free cloth to avoid scratching the finish. At least twice each year, lower the canopy to check the downrod assembly and tighten all screws on the fan.
