To reduce risks of electric shock, fire, and personal injury, the TUNTURI MG40 must be used in accordance with the following instructions:

The equipment is suitable for domestic and indoor use only. It is not intended for commercial or outdoor use.

Use the equipment only in environments with ambient temperatures between 10 degrees Celsius and 35 degrees Celsius. Store the device in environments between 5 degrees Celsius and 45 degrees Celsius.

Do not use or store the equipment in humid surroundings; air humidity must never exceed 80 percent.

If you experience nausea, dizziness, or other abnormal symptoms, immediately stop your workout and consult a physician.

Keep hair, jewelry, and other objects away from moving parts. Keep fingers and other body parts away from the shaft and backside of the applicator to prevent pinching.

Only one person should use the equipment at a time.

Do not use the TUNTURI MG40 on your head or any hard or bony areas of the body. Use only on soft tissue as desired without producing pain or discomfort.

Do not place any objects into the ventilation holes or allow water to enter the device. Do not immerse the unit in water.


How do I charge the TUNTURI MG40 and monitor the battery level?

To charge the TUNTURI MG40, connect the supplied USB-A to USB-C cable to the charging port on the battery. It is recommended to fully charge the battery for up to 3.5 hours before the first use.

The LED band on the battery pulsates to indicate active charging and shows the current battery level. When the battery is attached to the unit, the LED lights on the unit will flash during charging. A full charge is indicated when all LED lights stop flashing and remain fully illuminated.

The battery may be recharged at any time and at any battery level. However, it is not recommended to fully deplete the battery to the red LED level. When the battery power is less than 20 percent, the light line at the bottom of the machine will show red.

Important: Do not operate the TUNTURI MG40 while it is charging.


What are the operating instructions for the TUNTURI MG40?

Power Switch: Turn the power of the machine on or off by moving the switch on the bottom of the battery to the desired position.

On/Off Button: In Off mode, press the button once to start the massage function. In On mode, press the button once to stop the massage function.

Speed Adjustment: Press the + and – buttons to adjust the speed of the machine. If the button does not respond, you have reached the minimum or maximum speed setting.

General Usage: Use the TUNTURI MG40 only on dry, clean surfaces of the body by lightly pressing and moving across the body for approximately 60 seconds per region.

Operational Limit: Do not operate the device continuously for more than one hour. Allow the device to rest for 30 minutes before re-using it.

How do I change the massage heads on the TUNTURI MG40 and what are their functions?

To insert a massage head, ensure the TUNTURI MG40 is switched to the OFF mode, then fully insert the applicator by pressing it in firmly. To remove it, ensure the unit is OFF and pull the applicator out. You may rotate it slightly while pulling to ease the release. Do not press or pull the applicator at an angle to avoid damage.

The specific functions for each head are as follows:

Standard ball: For core, glutes, and legs.

Flat head: For chest, abdomen, and arms.

U shape: For shoulders and spine.

Conical shape: For soles of feet and palms.

Mushroom head: Same areas as the standard ball and flat head.

What do the error codes E1 and E3 mean on the TUNTURI MG40?

E1 Error Code: Indicates battery power is too low to operate. To solve this, charge the battery for a full cycle at once.

E3 Error Code: Indicates over pressure protection has been triggered due to too much pressure on the motor during operation. To solve this, cycle the power switch Off and then On to reset the code. Use less pressure during future operation to prevent the error from appearing again.


How should the TUNTURI MG40 be cleaned and maintained?

To clean the TUNTURI MG40, use a slightly damp towel and then dry the device with a soft cloth. Keep ventilation ports free from dust and debris.
