How do the Zapper switch functions work on the TECHKO SZL-1101?
The switches are on the top of the solar portable lantern. The Zapper settings are:
On: In this mode the zapper will stay on all the time. The blue LED light will remain on and in bug killing mode.
Off: In this mode the zapper will be off.
Auto: In this mode the zapper will automatically come on at night. The blue LED light will come on in bug killing mode then will turn off when the solar panel detects enough light to turn off.
How do the Light switch functions work on the TECHKO SZL-1101?
The switches are on the top of the solar portable lantern. The Light settings are:
On: In this mode the light will remain on all the time.
Off: In this mode the light will remain off.
Auto: In this mode the light will automatically come on at night, then turn off when the solar panel detects enough light to turn off.
How do I charge the TECHKO SZL-1101 using solar energy?
Charge the unit in the place where the solar panel can be continually exposed to the sun.
Avoid placing the unit where shade from buildings or objects which would block the solar panel while charging.
As solar panel is equipped with daylight sensor, the product will automatically charge in daytime and light up at dusk or when the surroundings turn dark.
The product can be charged in all operating modes.
Solar charging time may vary depending on weather conditions, temperature and seasons.
How do I charge the TECHKO SZL-1101 via USB and what do the indicator lights mean?
The USB insert hole is on the side of the solar portable lantern. Use the USB cable to connect to the power supply for charging. This option is recommended if weather is insufficient or if you bring the lantern indoors to charge.
When charging using the USB cable:
Red Light = Charging
Green Light = Fully charged
