To access account information on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

We recommend that you back up any contacts you saved to the SIM card, using Gmail or other options, before installing the SIM card in your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7.

To charge your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7, first charge it full before turning it on. Your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 comes with an Adaptive Fast Charging charger and a USB cable.

Plug the smaller end of the cable into the USB port on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 and the larger end into the charging port, and then plug the charger into an electrical outlet.

Step 4. Tap Wi-Fi Calling.

Step 5. Tap On/Off to turn off the feature, tap it again to activate and register your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 with the network.

Confirm that Wi-Fi is connected and Wi-Fi Calling Ready displays in the Status Bar.

To disable Wi-Fi Calling on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.

Step 2. Tap Settings.

Step 3. Tap More connection settings.

Step 4. Tap Wi-Fi Calling.

Step 5. Tap On/Off to turn off the feature.

To change connection preferences for Wi-Fi Calling on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.

Step 2. Tap Settings.

Step 3. Tap More connection settings.

Step 4. Tap Wi-Fi Calling.

Step 5. Tap Connection Preference and select your preference.

T-Mobile Name ID identifies callers, displaying Name, City and State even if the caller is not in your contacts list. It is an optional add-on feature that can be purchased directly from your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 for an additional monthly charge. A one time 10-day trial is included with the T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7.

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.

Step 2. Tap T-Mobile folder.

Step 3. Tap T-Mobile Name ID.

Step 4. Choose an option.

To set up Voicemail on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Phone.

Step 2. Touch and hold 1.

Step 3. Follow the prompts to set up your mailbox.

To access Voicemail on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Phone.

Step 2. Touch and hold 1.

To set up Visual Voicemail on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.

Step 2. Tap T-Mobile folder.

Step 3. Tap Visual Voicemail.

Step 4. Read the information and tap Next. If prompted, follow the setup instructions.

Step 5. Tap a voicemail message to play it back.

To delete Visual Voicemail Messages on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Visual Voicemail application screen, tap the voicemail message to delete.

Step 2. Tap Delete.

Step 3. Tap OK.

To create a new contact on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.

Step 2. Tap Contacts.

Step 3. Tap Add New Contacts.

Step 4. Tap a destination type.

Step 5. Enter the desired information.

Step 6. Tap SAVE to store the new entry.

To add a number to an existing contact on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.

Step 2. Tap Contacts.

Step 3. Tap a contact name from the list and tap EDIT.

Step 4. Tap + within the phone number area and enter a new phone number.

Step 5. Tap SAVE to complete and store the new entry.

To delete a contact from your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.

Step 2. Tap Contacts.

Step 3. Touch and hold a contact name from the list and tap DELETE.

To create and send a message using the Messages app on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Messages.

Step 2. Tap to compose message.

Step 3. Enter either the recipient’s phone number or email address.

Step 4. Tap the Enter message field and use the keypad to enter a message.

Step 5. Tap Attach and select a file type.

Step 6. Tap Add emoticons to choose an available emoticon.

Step 7. Review the message and tap SEND.

To use Gmail™ to send and receive email on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7, you must first sign in or create a new Google account.

From the Home screen, tap Google folder.

Tap Gmail.

Tap Add an email address to create a new account or to log into an existing Gmail account.

Tap TAKE ME TO GMAIL if you have an account set up on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7.

To configure Email for most accounts on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Email.

Step 2. Enter your email address and password into the appropriate fields and tap SIGN IN.

Step 3. Follow the prompts to complete setup.

Step 4. Tap DONE to store the new account.

To connect to Bluetooth on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.

Step 2. Tap Settings.

Step 3. Tap Bluetooth.

Step 4. Tap On/Off to turn on Bluetooth™.

Step 5. Tap a device from the list to initiate pairing.

Step 6. Enter the passkey/PIN code, if required, and tap OK.

Step 7. Once successfully paired to an external device, a Bluetooth icon displays in the Status bar.

To connect to Wi-Fi on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.

Step 2. Tap Settings.

Step 3. Tap Wi-Fi.

Step 4. Tap On/Off to turn on Wi-Fi.

Step 5. Tap a network and enter the password if prompted. When connected, a Wi-Fi icon displays in the Status bar.

You must have a tethering plan on your service in order to use the Mobile HotSpot feature on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7.

To activate the Smartphone Mobile HotSpot service for the first time:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.

Step 2. Tap Settings.

Step 3. Tap Mobile HotSpot and Tethering.

Step 4. Tap Mobile HotSpot.

Step 5. Tap On/Off to turn on Mobile HotSpot.

Step 6. Edit the Network name field and then create a new Network SSID name.

Step 7. Enable the Broadcast network name (SSID) field if you would like to broadcast your SSID name to nearby devices.

Step 8. Verify the Security field is set to WPA2 PSK.

Step 9. Enter a new password then write it down.

Step 10. Tap SAVE to store the new settings.

Step 11. Confirm Mobile HotSpot Active displays in the Status bar.

During the initial setup process, the connection is not secure. It is recommended that you maintain a secure connection by using a password for communication.

To change the Mobile HotSpot password on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Mobile HotSpot screen, tap Mobile HotSpot.

Step 2. Tap MORE.

Step 3. Tap Configure Mobile HotSpot.

Step 4. Delete the previous password and enter a new one into the Password field.

Step 5. Tap SAVE to store the new settings.

To connect using USB Tethering on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.

Step 2. Tap Settings.

Step 3. Tap Mobile HotSpot and Tethering.

Step 4. Connect the computer to the T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7 using the USB cable, and then tap USB tethering.

A Tethering or HotSpot active notification briefly displays.

Step 5. If prompted, read the notification regarding data use and tap OK.

The Tethering Active icon displays in the Status bar.

To disconnect USB tethering from your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From the Home screen, tap Apps.

Step 2. Tap Settings.

Step 3. Tap Mobile HotSpot and Tethering.

Step 4. Tap On/Off to turn off USB tethering.

Step 5. Remove the USB cable from the T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7.

To install apps on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Play Store: Download new apps from the Google Play store.

Galaxy Apps: view and download Samsung apps that are optimized for use with Galaxy devices.

You can easily transfer your photos, videos, music, apps and more with Samsung Smart Switch™ on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7.

To access the Internet on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7, from the Home screen, tap Internet.

To enter a URL on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7, from the Home screen, tap the address field, enter the web address, and then tap Go on the keyboard.

To add a new tab on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7:

Step 1. From your browser window, swipe the screen downward and tap Tabs.

Step 2. Tap NEW TAB. A new browser window displays.

Step 3. Tap Tabs to see the open windows, and tap a window to view it.

You can switch between the apps, adjust the size of their display on the screen, and copy information from one app to the other on your T-MOBILE SAMSUNG GALAXY S7. Recently used apps that support Multi window display a Multi window icon in the title bar.

Step 1. Tap the Recent apps.
