The SURE COMFORT GF802D150 two-stage downflow gas furnace is designed for installation in closets, alcoves, utility rooms, or attics and is certified by CSA International. Its features include:

• Patented heat exchanger, constructed of both stainless and aluminized steel for maximum corrosion resistance.

• Low profile “34 inch” [864 mm] design that is lighter, easier to handle, and leaves room for optional equipment.

• Left or right side gas and electric inlet connections with a quick, simple change.

• Direct spark ignition.

• Integrated control board with hookups for a humidifier and electronic air cleaner.

• Insulated blower compartment, a two-stage gas valve, and a specially designed two-speed draft inducer motor, making it one of the quietest furnaces on the market.

• Pre-painted galvanized steel cabinet.

• Grab-holes in doors to aid in easy door removal and replacement.

• Compatibility with single or two-stage thermostats. For optimal performance, a two-stage thermostat is recommended.

• A variety of cooling coils and plenums are available as optional accessories.

All models, including the SURE COMFORT GF802D150, can be converted by a qualified professional to use L.P. (propane) gas without changing burners. Factory-approved kits must be used for this conversion and may be ordered as optional accessories.

For L.P. (propane) operation, the direct spark ignition is a 100% lockout type.

Yes, the RXPF-F01 and F02 Fossil Fuel Kits are for use with Sure Comfort™ Heat Pumps and warm air furnaces. The RXPF-F02 model meets TVA requirements.
