To raise the seat:

1. Lean slightly forward while seated to relieve the pressure on the tilt mechanism.

2. Reach under the right side of the chair and locate the handle.

3. Raise yourself up slightly to allow the chair to reach your desired height.

To lower the seat:

Remain seated and lift the handle upwards until the chair lowers to your desired height.

1. Locate the paddle underneath the right side of the seat.

2. Push the paddle out to allow the back to tilt freely.

3. Push the paddle in to allow the back to lock in 1 of 3 preset positions.

1. Grasp the round cylinder knob under the front center of the seat.

2. For firmer/stiffer tilt, turn the knob counter-clockwise.

3. For softer/looser tilt, turn the knob clockwise.

1. Press the buttons on the chair arms to allow the arms to move up or down freely.

2. Release the buttons once the desired height is reached.

Slide the lumbar support up or down to the desired location.

Angle Adjustment:

The headrest rotates forward and back by 15 degrees. Hold the headrest and rotate it forward or back to the desired angle.

Height Adjustment:

The headrest raises and lowers. Hold the back of the chair and lift the headrest up to raise it; push down to lower it.

Step 1: Insert the five Casters (1) into the Base (2).

Step 2: Insert the Gas Lift (3) into the center of the Base (2).

Step 3: Attach the Arms (7) to the Seat (5) using six Yellow Screws (A) and the Allen Wrench (E).

Step 4: Attach the Seat Plate (4) to the Seat (5) using four Blue Screws (B) and the Allen Wrench (E).

Step 5: Attach the Back (6) to the Seat Plate (4) and Arms using three Green Screws (C) and the Allen Wrench (E).

Step 6: If desired, attach the Headrest (8) to the top of the Back (6) using two Yellow Screws (D). Place the assembled upper part of the chair onto the Gas Lift (3) on the base.

To secure the seat into the base, sit down on the chair.

Yes, chair bolts, screws and knobs may loosen during use. Please tighten your chair’s hardware each month.
